Great Wireless HDMI transmitter
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this HDMI transmitter-receiver set to avoid renting a second cable box on the same floor. It works great, and comes with an infrared transmitter, so you can used your cable box remote as usual in the remote room. I have a 4K HDTV, and the HDMI box transmits clear, sharp video in 1080p resolution. The transmitter box has In and Out HDMI jacks, so your cable signal still goes to your first TV, while transmitting wirelessly to your remote TV. The device worked immediately with no special set up. Kit includes 2 HDMI cables.

Solid product, pricing all over
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to setup, works well. Like a lot of place shifting products, there is often a short lag/dropped signal when issuing comands with the remote control. Price was $129 one week, and then days later it was $169. Not thrilled with that.

Awesome technology
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this product because I didn’t want a bunch of wires running from my project. I absolutely love this but I did find a flaw when I tried to play my Xbox 1 thru it. Call of duty WWII lagged so bad that I instantly went back to watching cinema on the project. I wish it was a way that I could correct it then I would give this product 5 stars.

Goodbye long coax cables
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to rearrange my living room, but my cable outlet was across the room. I bought this product so that I could send a HD digital signal from my cable box to my TV without running a long coax cable across the room/against the wall to reach my TV. This product allowed me to to place my TV wherever wanted it. Easy set up, and the power cords are nice and long if you have your TV mounted high. Also, it came with HDMI cables so I did t have to purchase anything new. The only issue I am working through right now is when I change inputs from my Roku to the Actiontec is sometimes my TV won’t read the input from the Actiontec without resetting the Actiontec by unplugging and replluging the Actiontec receiver. This has been happening 50% of the time.

A great solution to clean up wires.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works exactly as I was hoping. I used it to wirelessly connect a digital DVR cable box to a HDTV above a fireplace without running new cable lines. The only cable is the receiver connected to the power outlet and the HDMI running from that to the tv. Nothing too obtrusive. There is no lag, and the picture quality is just like it was when the cable box was connected to the TV. A great purchase to clean up the wire clutter.

Works Great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have 2 sets of these at my house now. Great way to extend TV to a room with out having a receiver in that room. Just keep in mind that is duplicates what is on the receiver it is connected to so both rooms will be watching what is displaying via the receiver.

Simple easy to use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is great I was able to eliminate all the wires to my tv that is mounted on the wall. I already had an electric outlet on the wall behind my tv so there are no wires. This product has been working trouble free for months.

Works well with minor issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well once you get it to play with the HDMI security and Dish Hopper3 system. If used with a Hopper, be prepared to reset power to the Wireless Video Receiver almost every time power is turned off to the Remote TV it is connected to. Luckily I added a power outlet on the wall beside the TV. Don't know if a cable box or Blu-Ray player would have the same issue. Once it is powered up and running, the picture is very good. There is a little latency which delays the remote sound and video so we use sound from the main or remote but not both due to the echo. All in all a good purchase but patience is required sometimes.

does the job, with some problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Transmitting from upstairs to remote TV in basement. Seems that two floors is the limit of the range, and you have to move the receiver around to get a strong enough signal to get both audio and video at that distance and floor penetration. When properly oriented, however, it gives a quality picture. The remote remote (that's correct) using the IR transducer is a great feature, as it lets you remotely tune the source TV or cable box at the receiving TV. And the IR sensor and emitter have a fairly wide angle for getting the signal from the distant remote control up to the source TV or cable box IR sensor.

These are fantastic.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These i got based on the recommendation of the best buy person. They are perfect for my wireless set up. The only thing i am not crazy about is sometimes yhe two devices lose communication and i have to unplug one and replug. I dont know if it's cause one is by the celilimg and one is on a table but it shouldnt matter.

Works as advertised.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to set up, reliable and works as it should... always. Saved me the cost of another cable box, will pay for itself in the matter of a couple months,

Excellent Product works great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Instead of paying for two cable boxes and only using one at a time wasting money. I bought this product. The cable box is in the living room about 30-40 feet from our master bedroom. The transmitter is connected to the cable box by HDMI cable the cabled to the living room TV. The tuned channel on the cable box is transmitted wireless to the bedroom receiver. On the cable box is also an IR blaster from Actiontec. On the receiver box in the bedroom is an IR receiver. The remote send a signal to the bedroom box which is transmitted to the living room receiver. This box is a great product. Crystal clear signal transmitted and received. The remote work great to control the cable box remotely. This also has other applications where you could put all of your theater electronics completely out of site. On a scale of 1-5 I would give it 5 stars.

Works as expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to install. I wish it had a little more power though. I have transmitter and receiver about 30 feet apart going through one wall. Sometimes the receiver becomes pixalated.

Little expensive, but works fairly well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took some time to get working. I had it all connected correctly but had to turn the source (Dish box) off and back on for the sound to work on the destination television. It does not work quite as far of a distance as it claims it can, but your results will vary depending on walls that may be in the way, etc. Overall a fairly decent product but WAY overpriced. I just purchased this about a week ago and it was around $150. I just went to write a review and they increased the price to over $170. That's just ridiculous.

Great Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this wireless HDMI transmitter for my room. The room is approximately 20ft long, but the hook up for the cable box is on the opposite end of the room from my TV. The set up was easy, the signal is perfect and I couldn't be happier!
