Best Bu y wanted $40.00 to help me install it for my Tv!! So I returned it! Even some of the sales people didn't understand the instructions! I can't afford WiFi & I don't know of another option that doesn't have a monthly fee! The guy on the Geek Squad couldn't have cared less about my situation. Barbara Fritz

Would not connect for me

Had the geek squad try remotely and that did not work. Took it into the store and had the geek squad try and it didn’t work. Very easy assembly but was told it doesn’t work in every situation.
