It works ok with specific phones that can screencast. However, the salesperson that showed this to me did not tell me that my phone had to have a screen on my phone that says screencast. He said it could be used with any phone, which is NOT the case. I did try it on a friends phone, and although it does work..it cuts in and out. I will not be buying this item again, even when I do have the correct phone!

You just plug this into the TV and it will mirror what I watch on my tablet. I think the product could come with better instructions, but once I figured it out, it is simple to use.

Got this for my TV in my bedroom it’s just what it needs . Recommend to by my friend iam really happy it does exactly what I wanted .

Its a great tool however does not support hulu unfortunately, which is what we originally bought for. But is great for youtube and looking at pictures.

I can easily connect my phone and watch Netflix shows to a smart tv without using home WiFi. This works for Samsung J7 and not compatible with Motorola phone...

I bought screembeam mini 2, 4 years ago and still working like the first day. I do not use it very often but my mom and my aunt use it almost 24/7 and since it's so easy to use I'm glad they don't need me around to play their favorite shows and soap operas. I highly recommend it, if you don't own a smart tv yet.

This works easily and perfectly. I can connect my laptop and phone to it and screen mirror onto my television. I do not have a tablet, but I assume the newer model tablets would connect to. If you want to be able to stream from your device to an older model tv or just a cheaper new tv, this is the way to go, hands down.

This product works great when wifi not available and beam TV on phone to actual TV screen thru screen mirroring on Galaxy Note 4.

I came upon this gadget when looking for a charger for my phone. I can't believe this exists. It is amazing. I'm able to screen mirror my tablet right to my tv. I love it.

Poor quality once project on TV. Packaging claims 1080p but looks more like 720p. When using a laptop there will be some lag in movement from computer screen to the projected screen.

Have used this for a couple of months now. Freezes occasionally and phone needs to be close to Streambeam. Once they work out these glitches I will give it a 5.

This device has been perfect for classroom use. I am able to connect to a projector and use my laptop while walking around my classroom. No problems with connectivity so far. I did have to reset the device 1 time, but this is not a frequent problem. The portability this allows is a lifesaver. Great product.

This is the type of device you'd figure would come from eBay or amazon and originate in China somewhere. However - this brand and product are top not quality. No software to install - just connect it and plug it in and then whether it is an Apple device or Samsung or Microsoft this device will wirelessly stream it for you!

I used this at the office to cast my laptop to a second monitor. Works fine. There is a very small, only sometimes-noticeable lag in cursor responsiveness compared with a direct wired connection. (The video-out port on my laptop failed, and this was a cheaper solution to continue using my external monitor)

We moved into a new neighborhood where there is no Internet provider yet so I can't use conventional streaming devices like the Firestick or Chromecast. But thanks to unlimited data, I do have have access to my Netflix and Hulu. This device allows me to stream videos from my phone to my TV without the need for wifi.

I was so tired of trying all the different wires to got my phone. I saw a review like this one for my Galaxy J7, and I plugged it into the hdmi, and usb port .. turned it on. Hit screen view on phone. There it was. Now I can do my presentations, with out needing a internet to hook up to.

I bought the projector I wanted online, but my laptop did not have the VGA port to connect it, so this solved the problem. Set-up was easy and works as advertised.
