Cheaper or older smart phones will not have the ability to cast. Although if you have a capable phone the setup was not very easy. Better instructions and support us a must

Works great when camping!

I have AT&T cell service and DirecTV so I can stream live TV or watch what is on my DVR at home without using data. You do need 4G cell service to do this or you must download what you want to watch on your phone, tablet or laptop (ANDROID OR MICROSOFT ONLY). What you see on your device is beamed to your TV. This may not be the best device for everyone, but it works for me.

Easy to use
