Good for streaming phone screen to television. I'd recommend

My old one i had for about 4 years and then it died on us so i bought a new one and bought 2 year protection plan as well, So far so good , Love how it is very easy to connect and mirror to any TV with my phone ! I don't have cable at home but i do have unlimited data on my phone so this lets me mirror my netflix,hulu, and amazon movies through this device.

I prepared a power point presentation for my granddaughter's high school graduation celebration; however, I couldn't figure out how to show it on my Samsung Smart TV from my Microsoft Surface Pro. This little gadget allowed me to do just that. It was easy to install and use. Only had a few glitches within my presentation where the words and pictures stuttered, but all in all, it worked really well.

I have been looking for a wireless solution to connect a laptop to a projector in our real estate office training center. The presentation wall is an exterior wall and it would be very difficult to get and HDMI cable in the wall. Temporarily, we had the cable hanging along the wall from the drop ceiling and it just looked BAD! I came across the ScreenBeam Mini 2 from a Google search. I researched it a bit on YouTube and it looked like the right solution. It has proven to be the perfect solution for us. No more unsightly HDMI cable running down the wall. It works for display mirroring and extending displays. It was easy to setup and works well every time. We have used it multiple times with Zoom calls and it works great. *Note: Our projector has an inset HDMI input and the ScreenBeam seemed like it was plugged in all the way, but it wasn't. This prevented it from connecting at first. I had to use an HDMI extension (like one that comes with an Amazon FireStick) and then it connected right away and all was good! I highly recommend the ScreenBeam Mini 2!!!

Does what I expected. If you are looking just to cast your phone images and videos to your television, this is the device for you. Well worth the money.

After trying chromecast we took it back and tried this. Chromecast will not mirror your computer like they make it sound! This does what it says. Thanks!

I was originally having trouble connecting from my Galaxy S7 Edge. My wife's phone (also a S7 Edge) had no trouble connecting. Then I got a system update. This helped with the connection from my phone. However, every time I tried to start streaming Netflix, it disconnected. Since Netflix was the sole reason I purchased this, I was about to return it. I did some more searching and found a comment somewhere that this was a Netflix issue. A couple of days later, I got a Netflix app update and, voila, it works! I'm a little disappointed that it only does 2-channel audio, but I knew that before I bought it.

Screen beam mini is Very good quality. Easy to work.

One of the best casting device out there. I have try many other. but one reason this is better for me is it doesnt need wifi to mirror stream your device. Great to bring with me on trip, were i dont know if they have wifi or not. and I want to stream stuff on my phone to tv. Perfect if you have a cabin or lake house where you dont have cable or internet.

Bought this item then the more I thought about, I already had a "mirroring" device so this item was returned--but it would have worked exactly for what was needed.

We brought this item to use mainly away from home to see our selected shows. Was worried it wouldn't work in a hotel but the picture was great.

Simple and easy way to hook up your tv and computer/laptop

You can wirelessly hook up your android phone and project the image to your tv giving you an enlarged version of what is on your phone screen. You do not need WiFi for either device.
