    With smart tv's this product is needed ONLY if you don't have internet. Without internet you can make the tv show whatever is on your cell phone with screen beam,but if you have a hotspot (which I did) screen been isn't necessary.

    When this works, it is awesome! Unfortunately, too many wifi signals will disrupt the signal rendering it useless. I do love this product and perhaps if I did not live in an apartment building then it would be flawless.
