When using it is a little noisy

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed this to display Netflix and other streaming in a rural area, it does mirror your screen but it won't let you use Netflix, Hulu or other popluar subscriptions. Pretty disappointed considering the price that it doesn't do this.
