It doesn't get much better than creating your own Skylander character. With this Creation Crystal, you're able to choose not only your own battle class, but also the fighting moves assigned by each button. Also, you can design your Imaginator by picking a head, body, arms, legs, tail, gear, weapon, and even customize the colors on all of these items except the weapon. Additionally, while all other Skylanders are maxed out at Level 20, you are able to level up your Imaginator to a higher maximum level by adding new Senseis. Even better, Imaginators are stronger in select areas of the game, including boss battles! One thing to consider is that once you apply the battle class (Brawler, Sentinel, Swashbuckler, Smasher, etc.), you are unable to reset it to select a different battle class. You are only able to reset it as though it were a new Imaginator of that battle class.

Seems like a legit addition to the game, hope the kid will like it for Christmas

My kids love Skylanders Imaginators and the Creation Crystals. They love making characters in Skylanders Imaginators and you need these crystals to create them. Don't know why they need different types, but they were excited for a life crystal.

The new Skylanders game is quite a bit of fun. The creation crystals allow you to design your own characters to play in the game. Highly recommended.

My son has a lot of Skylanders and says this crystal is a great addition.

I named my Life Swashbuckler Lyfades because of her element and weapon.

If you've been sucked into the Skylanders world or it has taken your child, you know you now have a duty to purchase every.single.thing. related to each game. There's no way around it. Goodbye college fund!

Seems this game is really focused on selling you the sensi's to open up various parts or entire levels so other then being able to create your own SkyLander I'm not sure what these buy you other then a new set of gear. Anyway for less then $10 its fun to be able to create/customize your own guy. Kind of wondering how this will carry over to other games in the future?

My son recently was given the new Skylander game. This is one of his favorite Imaginator Crystals to use. It has a unique and interesting look and has performed well with continued use.

Kids like to create characters with these crystals. Make sure not create duplicate ability. Once you select the character ability it cannot be changed.

My son plays this game constantly. This gem helps out considerablely. Cool things happen when this piece is placed on the portal.

my daughter picked this one as it was one of the only customizable imaginators that was available at the store i was in. she already loves skylanders and had a great time making her character "farty fartz. she has played with it for at least three hours so far.

This is necessary if you want to unlock the plant man creation items and 100% the game. Or make a Life Imaginator Skylander.

Works as expected, add more to your collection of skylanders. Discounted item if you have the gamers club.

Skylanders is a fun game without the creation crystals. Now with the creation crystals it's 10x more fun.

The ability to create your own Skylander is the best innovation since Skylanders first came out.
