I can say that since the first Skylander game, we have them all....probably have more $ tied up in these characters and sets as his entire gaming system.... beware these kids want all the characters and it really gets expesive

He was a best buy exclusive. It plays like any other skylander. I wish they had more in stock but sadly they did not

This one has a cool paint job, but disappointingly it doesn't show up as an in-game variant.

Good character, EXCLUSIVE to Best Buy

Steel-Plated Hood Sickle is a good to average Sensei for Skylanders Imaginators. He is a Dark category Sentinel fighter that attacks with a spinning double-ended war scythe. I found him to be fairly powerful once upgraded. The secondary attack is to dash into opponents, which leaves dark remnants behind. These remnants can be upgraded to be absorbed, which enhances speed and power of the primary attack. He can also throw a gravity well to slow opponents, which eventually explodes. I didn't find Hood Sickle to be the best Sensei, but not bad. His movement and attacks are a little slow for my style of playing. But he or the Starcast character is required to unlock the Dark Sensei in-game land, so there's a place for Hood Sickle in the Imaginators army. The best thing about this Steel-plated variant is it is EXCLUSIVE to Best Buy, which makes this one somewhat rare and adds to the appeal.

This Skylander lets you get in areas that require a Life Sensei...hence one happy child! The only thing the character is a bit slow and but has great moves!

    Good detail in the figure....

The figure looks great but Skylanders is a money pit. I think I've dropped about $500 or more if you add it all up. Save your money and play a different game. I would recommend the figure to a friend if they're already playing Skylanders but I wouldn't recommend the actual game to my worst enemy.
