    I got Short Cut for my son, but he preferred some of his other skylanders. I played Short Cut for a while and really enjoy it!

    Four of my six children are gamers. My 11 and 7 year old sons love collecting Skylanders and have for years (since the original Spyro series). Although costly as a whole, the individual Trap Team pieces are easy for young children to earn money and buy on their own.

    I initially thought my son would like Cyrpt King better but as it turns out Short Cut is one of his favorites. His movement speed is good and he can call on small puppet to help him attack, which is great for boss fights.

    Great figure, very sturdy made and weight is great for the size! Blades may be a bit sharp at the ends for young kids though.

    I think its nice to have all 16 trap masters but I think Short Cut is below average if you can only afford some. Krypt King in undead is way better. However, its still a good character to have, especially if you like Edward Scissorhands.
