Disclaimer: I bought it nether at Best Buy or Bust Buy.com. It is not worth over $800. This is my 1st scooter ever. I drove it for about 30 min or 3 miles so far. The battery level did not dropped during that time. It was easy to put together (about 20 min). It is fun to ride. The max speed I have gotten is 15 MPH. 12-15 MPH seems not very fast on paper, it is very fast riding the scooter. A helmet is a must. For the price, the build quality seems to be good at first. The steering is not as stable as a bike. If you accidentally shift your weight around, it will cause you to run off of the sidewalk or change lanes on the road. It runs good on the pavement. It has a hard time going threw gravel (recommend low speed setting ). Sand (or sand like) is almost impossible to drive threw. The seat is not very comfortable. I could see it breaking in about a week or two if you going to use it all of the time. The manual says the max range on the scooter is 15-20 miles. This is a warning if you are going to ride the scooter in traffic. The power is not 100 percent reliable. I lost power while driving 1-2 times already. Also, I lost power 5-6 times when trying to accelerate from a stand still. If you can, I would recommend test driving it 1st before you buy. There is an additional feature that is not listed anywhere, it has parking breaks.

Purchased this early this year and have maybe 100 miles on it. This is great! Sturdy design and mechanics. Be mindful - this is heavy. Difficult to board unboard car. I love it!
