And Adata has a decent utility to help the check on the status of their SSD.

After receiving my unit I had benchmarked the drive and found it was underperforming when compared to what others have reported since launch. Doing a little research and found that the drive contains a new controller SM2262G from the expected SM2262EN. This significantly reduced the performance which I was not aware of when purchasing. The resulting performance considerably decreases the value of the drive from excellent to good compared with what competitors offer for the price. Learning this I am extremely disappointed in ADATA's suspicious practices of altering components consequently reducing performance without updating their product line. Knowing this now, I cannot recommend and will be less likely inclined to purchase their products in the future.

ADATA is Trash
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If I could give it negative stars I would. Bought two for two PC builds and both of them fail to post. Then I tested with a working NVMe and that confirms the two ADATA to be trash. Just spend the extra money for a Samsung or WD. It could be possible that I got two DOA but what are the odds of that?
