The geek squad rocks.these guys know what they are doing.they are very professional and friendly.love watching them do their thing.they put my home theater system together.plus setting up the tv and putting together the tv stand furniture.

I replaced my two rear speakers to my home theatre system with larger units. They had to cut the plaster ceiling for the bigger openings and it looks great, flat, seamless. The speaker grills are magnetically held to the speakers, so they won't droop/sag. Installer idd a wonderful job.

When it come to concealing speakers, wires or anything the Geek Squad can do it. Purchase their skills instead of doing this yourself.

They worked fast and efficient.. They cleaned up after themself and made sure i understood everything before they left

My wife and I have built a new house on the Outer Banks and wanted a sound system that would make it even more special. We went to the Virginia beach Best Buy for our equipment and in ceiling speakers. We had Geek Squad handle all the install and were happy we did. On one day Ronnie and Marcus from Virginia beach did the work. Then on another day Ronnie and Andrew completed our project. These individuals were professional, knowledgeable, careful and courteous. No nonsense. They arrived and hit the road running. Great work. No problems. Ask for them.

"Squad" came out for a number of setup(s)/ services, one of which was installing two front channel speakers. They mounted/installed both and fished new wiring down to the receiver. They did a nice job on the install. I would have loved a followup call a few days/week after the install as I did have an issue with another segment but other than that - it was nice work.

Normally I don't ask others to set up my entertainment systems, but this time I decided to check it out since it was going to be quite a bit of work (sound system, television, the works). I am extremely impressed by how great this service was simply due to the guy who came to take care of it. He was incredibly professional, thorough, and did a fantastic job. A+

We had Best Buy's Geek Squad come into our home to install our complete new A/V system. We had two old wall-mounted speakers we decided to replace and the Geek Squad removed them, redrilled through stucco to install our new Definitive outdoor speakers. They job was performed perfectly and cleanly with no unsightly mounting brackets or wiring showing. An excellent job for the money!

I let my Best Buy Agent make the decision on all the parts and supplies that were needed to make my new system run smoothly and I am glade I did. They know best when it comes to all they need to make system work & my system work beautifully. Love being able to control HEOS from my phone for music in Dinning Room when time to leave living area to dine.

Wanted my speaker wires over the attic to drop down through a closet and under the rug to my surround and rear center speakers. They did a good job of all that although they could have provided a little cleaner look in the attic and little extra room on the cables to reposition just a foot or two away from where they thought the best spot would be. They were great about hooking up all of the speakers through my Marantz but somehow the front left speaker would not work. They spent hours troubleshooting. Next day - Oh! the speaker wire came out -- OOPS!

This is the first time that I had any type of professional installation done to my home and these guys from magnolia center were great. They were very professional and careful with every aspect off this job. I would highly recommend them to anyone

Wow these guys were super at hiding speaker cables. It was not an easy job in my finished basement, but their job was perfect! Can't even tell where the wires are under carpet. They actually laid them under the pad!

Very impressed by Geek Squad's work installing four B&W in-ceiling speakers. Two person crew who worked in my bonus room and attic. They found a way to work around an obstacle in my attic and I'm happy with the end result.

The Geek Squad agents fully concealed all the wires from the TV to the other components in the wall so there are no visible wires/cords. Looks great! So glad we opted for this.
