Could not give me instructions or Education services. I was not informed that I needed Internet connection for them to show me how to use my Roku TV. I have yet to be able to install Internet to my home this service is not available through his net nor through AT&T.

Moving the eero to the proper room corrected my problem. Also Victor showed me how to manage the mount. He was patient with me

was not familiar with item but spent time next day on phone to help.

I'm very happy with the job the geek squad techs performed. They came on time, were very knowledgeable; I would use them again. I could not have figured the TiVo setup like they did! Thanks again!

Since we are older and not very tech savvy it was important that we learned how to work the TV correctly. The Geek Squad was so patient and helpful in their explanations. We now are experts.

Public WIFI giving us fits with using the systems we purchased. If Geek Squad is able to get things straightened out and working as they should I can comment further.

Getting Geek Squad and the warranty Dept. on the telephone was very difficult. Many disconnections.

After much discussion amongst themselves, they advised us to contact Premier Sound to provide the installation and training service! So, we canceled the Geek Squad service agreement.
