The agent installed my new Denon Amplifier and confirmed its settings in a timely manner, meeting my expectations.

Melvin, my Geek Squad agent was professional, prompt and considerate. He added the amplified to my satisfaction. Melvin programmed the amplifier onto my new universal remote and explained to me how to use it. He ran all the wires to the back of the receiver and everything checked out after he left.as I tested each of the devices. (TV, CD player, Speakers, Computer)

The tech that came to the house was knowledgeable on the equipment and my speaker system. I will ask for the same tech by name in the future.

Best Buy tech installed the Sonos amp, contacted all speakers (inside and outdoors). Great service! Only negative was with shipping. Install was about a week late due to all purchased items not being delivered from warehouse.

I recently purchased an in-ceiling speaker system along with a receiver setup from Best Buy, and opted for Geek Squad’s installation service. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of expectations. While the speakers were installed, the technicians failed to complete the setup properly — they did not install banana plugs at the receiver end, which are standard for a clean and reliable connection. When you’re paying for professional installation, you expect attention to detail and a complete job, especially for something as basic and industry-standard as banana plugs. The oversight left me disappointed and required additional time and effort on my part to finish what should have been done during the initial install. I hope Geek Squad improves their training and quality control to ensure future customers receive the level of service they pay for.

The agents figured out what wires went to the different speakers and got everything connected and helped me setup the app on my phone. Excellent customer service

Steve is the best tech!!! Steve is very professional and knowledgeable!! We purchased a Yamaha receiver and Steve came in and addressed our Zone 2 issue within minutes. He was great to work with. We highly recommend Steve and services!
