Best Buy tech installed the Sonos amp, contacted all speakers (inside and outdoors). Great service! Only negative was with shipping. Install was about a week late due to all purchased items not being delivered from warehouse.

Steve is the best tech!!! Steve is very professional and knowledgeable!! We purchased a Yamaha receiver and Steve came in and addressed our Zone 2 issue within minutes. He was great to work with. We highly recommend Steve and services!

I recently purchased an in-ceiling speaker system along with a receiver setup from Best Buy, and opted for Geek Squad’s installation service. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of expectations. While the speakers were installed, the technicians failed to complete the setup properly — they did not install banana plugs at the receiver end, which are standard for a clean and reliable connection. When you’re paying for professional installation, you expect attention to detail and a complete job, especially for something as basic and industry-standard as banana plugs. The oversight left me disappointed and required additional time and effort on my part to finish what should have been done during the initial install. I hope Geek Squad improves their training and quality control to ensure future customers receive the level of service they pay for.
