Tyler did an excellent job with the installation — he was professional, polite, and made sure everything was set up correctly. I really appreciated the way he handled things.
The other installer, however, was unprofessional. Even though they brought their own shoe covers (and I also offered mine), he wore his outside and complained when I asked him to change them. He even told me mine were “junk” compared to his. That kind of comment should never be made to a customer.
Overall, Tyler made the experience positive, but the other installer’s behavior left a lot to be desired.

The installation by the Geek Squad was professional in every way. Everything works perfectly and you can not even see where the installation was accomplished. All wires are completely hidden and look like a factory install. Nothing could have been better!!!

When we first had our soundbar installed I was having some problems understanding people talking was not clear. My husband thought the same. We called the Geeks them came to see if they could adjust. They came to the same conclusion there was an issue. They ordered us a replacement. They installed a new one and it is perfect. We are very happy with the sound and speakers you can move around. I gave it 4 stars because we wanted it installed on the wall under the tv but 2 Geeks told us there has been problems with it eventually sagging on the wall due to the weight, we decided not to, which I was very disappointed with.

The agents hooked up my new Denon 5.1 receiver and programmed my logi remote controller. The speakers all worked except the subwoofer, which was connected to a wireless box. The controller didn’t consistently turn on my satellite box.

I recently purchased a new Yamaha receiver and Audio-Technica direct-drive turntable for my home stereo system; I was replacing an older Sony receiver, plus I had not owned a turntable for years. With all the high-tech features that both of these units offer, I thought that it was a good investment to have the Geek Squad come over and set things up- I am happy that I did! My tech was at the house pushing towards 3 hours, but we cleaned up all the wiring connections, running everything though the new receiver- the set-up looks great and sounds even better. Plus, we are taking advantage of all the features that the system has available, so I am very happy. We set up the Yamaha app on my smartphone, and that allows my to control the system anywhere in the house as it is all connected through the home network. Overall, I could not be happier and would not think twice about doing this again!

Purchased a Zbox TV Soundbar from the Washington, UT Best Buy as a gift for my sister who lives 5 hours away. The Best Buy sales assoc. arranged an appointment for a Geek Squad Agent working out of a Best Buy near my sister’s residence to deliver the Zbox, install it, and ensure that my sister, who is hearing impaired, understood how to operate and adjust the speaker and the remote that came with it. The Geek Squad device set up appointment went very well. The Geek Squad Agent arrived exactly when he said he would, installed the soundbar quickly, and spent quality time explaining everything my sister needed to know to be able to adjust the remote and speaker output. She is now happily able to hear and enjoy tv program conversations. She summed up her experience with the zbox and the Geek Squad setup as EXCELLENT.

Very Happy with the Sound and the set up, the Geek squad did a wonderful job in my home. on the other hand the in store service for my computer is ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE. They only thing they will do is tell you computer is to old and buy a new one.

The geek squad has been to my house 4 times to either pick up a return or deliver and install. The workers that came to my house have all been pleasant and knowledgeable of their job. The only problem i had was with the emails sent advising me of the visits. In two days, i recieved approximately 13 emails and became somewhat confused. It was so confusing that one group came to take the tv mount off of the tv i was returning and left the tv. Another group came to set up the new tv and take the one i was returning.

David and the rest of the crew at my house did a fantastic job! Although I had some difficulties getting the person setting the appointment to understand what all I wanted done, David gave me a pre-service appointment call, went over it all, and advised me what to expect. My confidence increased timmediately. They installed 3 TV’s, 2 sound bars, and set up all with internet, Roku, and Hulu. They answered all my questions, set things up considering how my family will use it, and patiently made sure I knew how to work everything before they left. I highly recommend David & the crew! Professional, efficient, courteous abd friendly! Fantastic job!

The technician from the Geek Squad help us again for the third time to make out tv and sound bar work properly. He moved the sound bar in a way it would allow the eye of the tv work properly. Still at least once or twice a day the tv and sound bar turn off by themselves. We’ve spent a lot of money at your store , this is ridiculous that this issue can’t be resolved. Everything was working fine before we bought the new sound bar. We have an LG tv working perfectly with a Bose sound bar. Bought the new sound bar and all these turning off by itself continues. Any suggestions will be appreciated

Agents (Antonio) were able to install a new replacement Sony soundbar and make necessary adjustments so that it appropriately worked in tandem with TV. I had ongoing problem where TV screen/sound would go black/silent a couple times each time TV turned on, only when connected to sound bar. Problem successfully resolved this visit after some real effort and thought.

Outstanding installer. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He made my wife and I wish all our home service calls were by Geek squad members if he is representative of it's members.
