The agent could not figure out why my Tv and sound bar were losing connection. She turned on Bluetooth and connected that way, its working but doesn't fix what's wrong.

We thought that we could just install the sound bar ourselves and found out that it needs to run approximately 100 hours before it can set up properly. Add a few extra external speakers and you have a nice surround sound system.

I appreciate the Geek Square setting everything up and making sure it all worked. They programmed my remotes and made sure it worked with all my extras - DVD player, Direct TV, etc. They unpacked the products and took the packaging away so it didn't fill my recycle bins. Very nice guys!

When we first had our soundbar installed I was having some problems understanding people talking was not clear. My husband thought the same. We called the Geeks them came to see if they could adjust. They came to the same conclusion there was an issue. They ordered us a replacement. They installed a new one and it is perfect. We are very happy with the sound and speakers you can move around. I gave it 4 stars because we wanted it installed on the wall under the tv but 2 Geeks told us there has been problems with it eventually sagging on the wall due to the weight, we decided not to, which I was very disappointed with.

The installation by the Geek Squad was professional in every way. Everything works perfectly and you can not even see where the installation was accomplished. All wires are completely hidden and look like a factory install. Nothing could have been better!!!

Agents (Antonio) were able to install a new replacement Sony soundbar and make necessary adjustments so that it appropriately worked in tandem with TV. I had ongoing problem where TV screen/sound would go black/silent a couple times each time TV turned on, only when connected to sound bar. Problem successfully resolved this visit after some real effort and thought.
