I had to have many followup visits after the initial installments of a TV and a surround sound receiver for various reasons -- settings not working on the TV and/or receiver. The Geek Squad crew and the outside agent that was sent the last time did their best to connect and/or address the issue(s). There's some sense of peace of mind knowing I can reach out and book an appointment as the need arises. And they pretty much kept to the appointment time and kept me in the loop as to their arrival times.

The agent mounted my TV on the wall with the sound bar mounted to the TV. Made sure everything was level and even with the other TV that was already on the wall. Took care in hiding the wires fit a professional finish. Steve was the , and he was great!!

Bruce came with a gregarious personality and lots of knowledge. He did what he was supposed to do and answered questions we had about other type of tech issues we were having. He promised to return with new product for us to purchase (google wifi mesh) in the next week.... he never followed through even though we texted back and forth... it all started out perfect but was disappointing in the end.

The Geek Squad installed our soundbar with components quickly and efficiently and taught us how to use the remote. They did a great job.

The Geek Squad Agent that came out to my home, was a kind, to the point individual. I had a unusual issue - I bought a NEW item, someone thought it was cute to ship me an open box of the sound bar and it came "from the local store". I gave him, the wrong item for the correct item - Life was merry
