After having a 3 party hired to install and hook up our new TV. The 3 party installer was alone apparently the other guy called in sick so long story short both my husband and I had to help this guy hold this heavy TV while he tried to mount it. With that being said I was no happy. Thank goodness for the other Geek Squad guys that came out they took their time and got everything hooked up correctly.

The agent, Angelo, quickly found a problem I had with the HDMI eArc port on TV. Found a work around and contacted the Geek Squad to set up repair of eArc port.

Complicated for me,easy for the Geek Squad! Neat and efficient installation.

The Tech did an excellent job and gave me great advise on my secondary TV in the guest room.

The two reps from Geek Squad that installed my new Samsung Sound Bar were fantastic. Professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for better service. On a side note, I recall that these two Geek Squad reps were from the Osceola County (Kissimmee?) location. Great guys to deal with!

It was an easy set up...The salesman at Best Buy told us that getting a Sound Bar would enable us to have volume control and access to the mute button on remote. Not True...did not do either.

The geek squad came out and helped me set up the home theater system so that it’s much easier to navigate with just one remote. I can switch back and forth between internal tv speakers and the home theater with a couple of pushes on the remote. The only hiccup in the process was the appointment was made, erroneously, to set up a sound bar.

At first I was going to install my new sound bar myself, but so glad I had the Geek Squad handle it ! They are so much more familiar with the interface with my new tv and I’m sure I would have struggled to accomplish what they did quickly and professionally. They also had suggestions on placement from my original sound bar which made much more sense and looks much better
