Basic Audio set up

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Geek Squad guys arrived in a timely manner and got right to work setting up our new turntable to the sound around. They also hooked up our new headphones. The also took care of a problem they worked on their previous visit. But that issue still isn’t working. They tell us the volume gets out of sync when it is being turned on & off. Doesn’t seem like it should though to us. Very frustrating! Otherwise we are happy with the service we received.

Hooked up everything and made it work!

Washer Repair

Geek Squad Tech came out "bandaged" line until they could have another one shipped to may house. Repaired quickly, very friendly and competent. Did a great Job.

Highly Recommend

I purchased the Geek Squad set-up services for everything and WAS SO GLAD I DID. It would have taken me an incredible amount of time to get it right, .... if I ever did. The folks that came to my house took the time to explain what they were doing and make sure it worked just right. Couldn't be happier. It is worth the cost.

He was on time/early and was most courteous, professional and friendly. I highly recommend him and the Geek Squad for a professional and reasonably priced service, even though they were not able to complete the task
