It was a great experience getting your knowledgeable technician to hook-up my soundbar. He even knew how to get it to run through my switch box. Everything works great. I would recommend them and use them again.

Installation was done quickly and extremely well. Installers were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. However, I’m extremely upset about being told twice that I would not be charged and was.

The technician was professional, polite and honest. He evaluated my soundbar problem in five minutes, made the adjustments and I was good to go. He even wore shoe covers in my home. I was elated!

Geo from Geek Squad was excellent. He was prompt, professional, walked me through the set-up and usage and answered all my questions about potential wall mounting options. It was clear he is knowledgeable, and he is very polite. Geek Squad is fortunate to have him.

On time, prepared and the equipment necessary to do the job and deal with the unexpected. Polite and professional. Sean really cared about performing the tasks correctly and made sure it looked right. I was so impressed with Sean and the end result, that made sure that my brother, who purchased three TVs and other equipment, asked to have Sean come in and install. He did get Sean and was really pleased as well. I will but again and make sure Sean performs the install!!!

I originally installed my home audio system several years ago. I recently moved some things around and had to pull this plug and that plug over there. I've had two knees replaced and could not get into the positions to put it all together again,,,,enter Geek Squad. The lad that came zipped right through the install and even balanced out the sound levels. He was fast and I really enjoyed our discussions about the latest tech.

They came back and set up my replacement new soundbar.They did a nice job!

Chris was wonderful getting my new tv, Roku, utube tv and all set up. Even better, he was patient and encouraging to this senior citizen to be able to operate all the new equipment and gadgets.

Brian did an excellent job hooking up our Bose system and showing me how to use the controls.

Ron L was great. He knew his job. He installed the 65" Sony and the Sound Box. Ron installed both units in less time than the two yokels that were here a month ago. I recommend Ron L. I had two poor installers, from the Geek Squad, in Dec 2021, they brought and installed the incorrect Sony. I do not recommend these guys.

Caleb connected this for me too and the sound is great and very easy to use.
