Geek Squad Excellence

We had the opportunity to use the Geek Squad on two occasions.. Both times the reps were courteous, complied with the covid guidelines and answered all of our questions.. Took their time to be sure we knew how to operate the equipment. They were very professional...

Great crew for set up, but had follow up issues

However, we needed to have two more follow up visits to resolve the issue of the soundbar disconnectingto the WIFI

Brian Andrade rocks!!

Brian Andrade showed up at my door and by the time he left, I was ready to adopt him. The second time he came out, he brought another technician with him and he was awesome as well. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. These guys were courteous, helpful and just all around nice guys. Give them a raise!!!

However the soundbar (2nd one that was ordered) continues to be defective and so I've ordered a replacement. Geek squad: 5 stars. Sound bar: no stars

Great service, connection, and speed!

They took care of surrounding areas, moving furniture with caution. They placed covers on the floor and picked everything up when done. The agents connected my TV with the sound board and the TV looks and sounds well as a result. They were done in proper time.
