I had geek squad installed my tv to the wall as just let a professional do it as i know i would of messed something up or it would of been crooked. The geek squad tech was in contact with me throughout the day and installed it very quickly and set up everything to the tv.

The tech installed my soundbar very fast. The tech was on time, very efficient, and very friendly.

Excellent work!!!Your agent came in and went straight to work, she did all the measuring and put the wall mount up in perfect place. She then had her friend ?Tony I believe come and help her hang it in place. After that she set up the sound system and programed the TV and DVD player. she did all that in about 30 min.

The guys were great and even made sure that his sound was just like he wanted it.

These techs are amazing efficient. They went right to work, answered all of our questions and showed us how to get every aspect of this amazing entertainment system.

Guys were great! I couldn't figure out a pretty simple issue, but they didn't make me feel like a total idiot. In fact, they complimented me on the overall setup. Will definitely use them again when I get in over my head. Which is about every six months, lately. Thanks, again, Best Buy, for the Geek Squad. Start sending these guys back to work!

Aaron arrived early for my Geek Squad appointment, cleaned up the area when he was finished, and asked for my input as to what we expected to achieve with the set-up of this sound system. He then made recommendations which improved upon my initial ideas, and set-up everything flawlessly. The gentlemen that completed my install were very sweet, polite, and thorough. They answered questions I had, and even made product placing recommendations, which turned out to be amazing. I have since decided to do an in-wall installation, and will be requesting them, through Best Buy, to come back out to complete that install. They were great!
