We could hook up the soundbar and it worked properly. What didn’t work correctly were the Homepods wirelessly to the Apple 4K box. They would work for a while and then shut down themselves, the 4K box and the tv. We tried to reset the TV preferences to sound through the TV itself and this did work for the Homepods to work with the Apple 4K box. However, after a half hour of playing, they gave out again an shut down everything. I disconnected the soundbar and all was right with the world. The tv speakers played and when I switched to the Apple 4K box, the Homepods worked just as expected without any premature shutdowns. My guess is that you can’t have a soundbar attached and expect to have the Apple 4K box without shutting down. Anybody want to buy a soundbar? The Geek Squad guy was a very conscientious and patient person to work with. We though we had a solution, but in fact we did not.

The team was on time, called when they were on their way and set our entire system up as promised. Could have used a bit more details on the use of the system but satisfied overall.

Very friendly agent. The problem was with my router and a Sonos update. We called Sonos and they required a direct connection via ethernet and so I had to order a cable. The next day I was able to resolve the issue with a Sonos techs

The geek squad delivered and installed the TV snd sound bar quickly and completely including the extra bits for the sound bar they introduced us to our new system and answered all our questions at he time. (we now have couple additional questions and will contact them about those) Problem: TV manual is only on-line, evidently.

Geek Squad set up my new Samsung TV and sound bar. As I watched the technician I was glad that I had not decided to do this myself. First time having a "Smart" TV and it was great to have an expert show me all the new options and how to access them. Having the remote programed was a bonus.

Great job with the set up team.My only complaint is that they did not have the parts to hook up my second set of wireless headphones to my DVR .
I'll need to buy two components in order to connect it.
I'm not able to do install of this device once I buy the parts needed.
I'll need to fine a relative or neighbor to do it.It would be too expensive to get the GEEK Squad to come back for that minor issue.
