The two techs were very courteous and professional. They arrived on time and sent me arrival updates. They were quick, less than 15 minutes to set up! I am not very savvy when it comes to doing things like this myself. I am glad that I didn’t attempt to do so. Totally worth it!

When he arrived he had the the he needed to connect my TV. He was very polite and had all his safety protection on. He was very knowledgeable on what he was doing and took his time to make it was done correctly. He went through everything with on how to operate the remote and he did a fantastic job on making sure you could not see the cords.

Aaron, my geek squad tech, brought me a universal remote as I requested, programmed it and corrected the other gliches that the initial agent, Alex, had left behind. He was thorough in his explanations and called me back when I had a followup question. We worked it out by telephone and I'm happy with the service I received from Aaron. Too bad it took 2 visits with 2 different agents to get it done.

Our technician knew how to set up our stereo system and TV in a fast and professional manner. He also explained how to work both with the remotes. However, I could not find the 4th speaker for him and now I have found it, so we will soon be setting up another appointment for the speaker and to also look at our printer. Thank you in advance.

The bestbuy tech team connected my 65” Samsung to a corner wall mount and were great working with me on the exact height and placement so it was just like I wanted. Then they hooked up the audio system, DVD, cable, and programmed a new Logitech remote. They explained it all to me and made sure everything worked before they left. All cords were hidden and it works great.

The Geek Squad technicians did an awesome job in connecting my sound bar. They went above and beyond in taking the initiative to mount my soundbar and explain all instructions to me in detail. Extremely knowledgeable and professional crew. Highly recommend!

I purchased the sound system and installation from bestbuy and had geek squad do the install.Geek squad did a fantastic job and even came back for a quick tutorial when my daughter had a problem turning the system on.Thank you for the splendid service

Had problems with the the first contractor not knowing the products he was hooking up. Called Geek and they sent two real agents to correct the problem. They did a great job and fully explained the remotes and their function. Left a card in case of another problem. The next day the Net Flix Would not load and asked for my password. Caled again, The agent told me to reboot thr router. It worked!!. Great customer service.
