I love this sound bar the sound makes me feel like im watching a movie at the movies

As a total tech member i receive several benefits. One us deluvery and set up on most products. The soundbar was set up by qualified geek squad folks who were motivated to work and wanted to here and enjoyed what they do. Both had worked at best buy several years each. They were in and out and everything was done well. I am a best buy fan and recommend geek squad to anyone needing tech stuff done. Oh yes the sound bar is better than the more expensive one i replaced.

The two installers knew exactly what they were doing and were above to mount and connect the tv and sound bar quickly. The final product was professional.

The geek squad that set up my tv, stand and sound bar was excellent. He came in the time frame and was very efficient setting up the unit. Unfortunately he couldn't remove my old tv because it was too large and heavy for one person. I had told them it was a tube unit...only 25 inch set but the old units are heavy. I needed an additional appointment to have it taken away which was a little inconvenient

GREAT system. Installation smooth, timely and personal service was provided. It was especially fun to HEAR the sounds-enhancement with previously owned DVDs.

Purchased Bose surround sound speakers were connected to a Bose soundbar. I gave an average review because I did not know enough about the Bose technology to ask intelligent questions at the time of initial installation. Because the sound quality was poor I needed to schedule a second visit from the Geek squad to evaluate and educate me. Sound was improved. When shopping for speakers do lots of research, ask lots of questions and see the equipment in use at the store so that you have a better idea of what you are getting into. I have no complaints with the Geek Squad, they have been very helpful.

My agent was very professional when installing my soundbar. He was very friendly and had a great personality, I am so happy with my soundbar. Its amazing , the sound is wonderful.

Very happy with the installation. It was quick and sleek and very professionally done.

The service reps were on time and professional in their service. A simple question was asked about the sound bar installation and the two wired remote speakers and the rep claimed that they wouldn't work unless, there was a show like 'Gunsmoke' on. The rep did not tie these included with purchase wired speakers with the main sound bar and so, the system does not completely work as the manufacture intended it to! This is a serious draw back to what would've been an excellent service call!

Geek Squad is the real deal. Love these guys. Very courteous and knowledgeable. They did a great job setting up the house sound system. If you got a complicated job, i highly recommend using them. Its worth it

Clear. Natural audio. Powerful Especially i am hard of hearing

the guy who came to set it up seemed to know what he was doing. it lasted 6 days before it didnt work and when I tried to get the person back out nearly immpossible. It has only been 6 days. I had to talk to 8 different people before one would set up another appt to fix what was done 6 days ago. Not happy with the custmmer service or attempting to get this taken care of. I think I am done buying too stressful

I would give a 10 star if I could. These folks expertly hung my 65 inch tv with a mounting unit I purchased from BB. I absolutely love my annual tech membership!

Very powerful, at least for my needs. Surround sound is very nice. Easy setup from my eARC to the soundbar.

The Geek squad was efficient and personable and perfect. And they spoke English clearly! I could never have done what they did and so efficiently. They tested everything. Cleaned up after themselves and even write a mask because someone in the house is on chemo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these 2 from the Hialeah office. Christina was one of them. Unfortunately I can't remember the other name. Thank you.

Harley and Mitch were professional, personable and brilliant technicians. They gave us excellent service re: the installation and operation of our soundbar. They were a delight to work with, and Geeksquad is lucky to have them as teammates!

I had some trouble connecting my system together. Had the Geek squad come in. He connected it in a very short period of time, showed me how to navigate the system and answered any of my questions. Very happy with the service. Thank you.
