the agents called me the day before and told me the time they would come and sure enough they were on time, well prepared, had mask, shoe covers, installed my equipment with such professional ease, checked all if my previous installs to make sure they were properly working. Polite and respectful.

l knew I would have trouble if I tried to set up myself, even with help from YouTube. While watching him set up sound bar. I knew then I never could have done it. He also changed my setup on my screen which I never knew was wrong. Iam now enjoying my TV much better than before. Thanks, Geek squad@

We are still having minor issues with the sound bar connecting with remotes. Somewhat our systems' having three remotes/too many components. We are just needing to spend more time addressing the isdues and will most likely contact Geek Squad for further assistance.

Geek Squad Team installed both the new TV (on the wall) and the Sound Bar. They had a hard job with installing the TV since they used the old TV Wall Bracket but in the end, worked their butts off and did a great job.

I am old school and have installed stereo equipment several times in my life but new technology, As in assigning speakers, heck the manual for my new receiver which I had to print out is 382 pages. Terrance was very professional and he got everything working and was a pleasure to do with. Worth every penny!

The agents connected to a Denon Receiver, Smart TV, Surround Speakers with sub-woofer, DVD, Turntable, CD player, and Cassette player. They explained the Denon receiver and new Logi remote control. There is no way we could have done this. They were execellent and even returned later to see how we were getting along.

The Geek Squad just installed 4 Klipsch in-ceiling speakers in my bedroom. Both guys were professional and clean! Made my wife happy. They wore shoe covers and cleaned up before they left.
They showed up on time and did a very clean install. Very happy with the service.
