the guys that came out to set up my TV and soundbar were amazing. super respectful and prompt. they were able to answer any questions i had and it didn't take them long to get everything wall mounted and set up for me. i will Definitely use this service again in the future.

The Geek Squad set up the new TV, connected all the peripherals, and demonstrated how it worked. I needed additional support with the remote and the DVR, which was promptly and thoroughly provided.

The installer, Justin, was fantastic. He actually came by twice as we accidentally unplugged unit and couldn't get it to reboot. Patient and professional!

I bought this as an open box. When the Tech came out to install it, she noticed, something was wrong with it and told me to return it. It should never of gone on the shelf like that. Thanks to the tech, it was noticed right away.

Geek Squad did a great job setting up my new 4kTV. The only thing I wish that they would have done is get my Bose remote I use for my sound bar to work with Directv Now to stream TV online. I have to use two different remotes, but its not the end of the world. They did a good job overall setting up everything and connecting my sound bar..

The two agents were friendly and hooked up our new audio system quickly, then explained how to work the remote with the audio system. The problem was they did not match it with the TV remote or even check to see if it worked with TV remote also. Now we have to use 2 remotes for our new TV which is suppose to do everything with one. Many calls to BEST Buy, phones always busy, put on hold forever, transferred to different depts, and still not fixed, or even gotten a "followup" visit to correct it which is suppose to be guaranteed. Probably should give 1 star, but they were knowledgeable and friendly. Other services used have been good in the past..on the fence if I'll use them again.

Had Geek Squad deliver and set up our new Samsung Smart TV. They arrived on time, set it up and instructed us how to use it. They cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful answering our questions. I recommend the Geek Squad to anyone who needs them.

The Geek Squad came out when they said they would! He got our sound system to work after cable company had messed it up!! I did have a few questions about a cable that wasn't hooked up to anything, but the guy didn't answer the questions and didn't want to investigate further what this cable was for:( (Reason why I didn't give a 5 Star.)
