I had purchased a soundbar and was very disappointed in the sound. I finally called the geek squad to have them check to see if it was defective. He checked it and found it had not been setup properly. He fixed the problem and I am much happier with the sound.

Zeke from the geek squad installed the sound bar for our new 32 inch Samsung smart TV. Zeke was courteous and professional and installed the sound bar quickly for us. He then set it up so that it was controlled by the same remote that controls our TV and showed us some of its features. We were grateful for Zeke installing the Sound bar such that only one remote controlled it and the smart TV. We were very pleased with this!

Scotty knew exactly what he was doing. I'd give him an A+ for professionalism. Also, Scotty pointed out a problem we've been experiencing with the TV. Since there is no problem with the other TV we have he checked and found that the one with no problem was a wired in cable box and the other is not. Comcast/Xfinity did a reset 3 times and still none of local channels work. The pictures crystalize and we lose sound. I plan on calling them again and this time I will tell them what the problem is.

Rick, from Geek Squad, hooked up our existing sound bar to our new TV. He switched out the input from optic to HDMI cable, explaining this was the best way to connect the TV and sound bar. He adjusted the treble, base and woofer levels and the sound was much better than before. He also adjusted the U-Verse remote to control everything. We're very pleased with the work he did.

I don't know when it is at best buy store the sound it different than in your house, and your window for installation is to long and wrong, anyway the guys did a wonderful job on the install.

The Best Buy Team was very professional and efficient. I actually had several pieces of equipment installed. The technicians talked to me about options and they asked what I wanted. After the installation was completed they explained how everything worked and gave me the opportunity to work the controls and to ask questions. They also made suggestions for easier operation, and pointed out the Best Buys sells the item, but there was no hard sell. I am so happy this service is available and I would highly recommend.

The gentleman came to my home and he was very knowledgeable. After several tries with changing settings, rebooting the devices and other attempts to solve my issue, he determined that I needed a new HDMI cable. He left his telephone number just in case the replacement cable did not work so I could contact him again. New cable did the trick!

Had a sound system installation from Best Buy. Not a tech person, but the components installed work very well. The installers kept informing what we needed to know during the installation. The one installer left his business card and encouraged us to call.

Sound bar was not installed to mfg. guidelines. The technician said the alternate hook up used would actually deliver better results. I will admit the system sounded very good after completion. I did notice however, after completion, the adjustment for "dialog" was presented as "invalid". Clarity of dialog was one of my purchasing decisions for this system.

Jay did an excellent job of hooking up my speakers, receiver, and components. He even suggested that I get a universal remote instead of using the 5 other remotes that I had. He set it up and programmed it to operate all of my devices. I love it!
He was patient and explained how to work everything. Then he had me practice on my own and ask questions if I got stuck. I would give him 10 stars if I could! Thanks you thank you thank you Jay!

They did a good job. It would have been better if they spoke only English to each other in front of me instead of the man only speaking Spanish to the woman who was bi-lingual and seemed to be in charge (I have no idea what they are saying???). I can understand that in Mexico but NOT in VERMONT!

I had purchased some new outdoor speakers (from Best Buy) for my wife for Christmas, but couldn't seem to get them hooked up properly to my existing stereo/tuner and TV music channels. So I thought, "Who you gonna call?.....GEEK SQUAD!" Their service was easy to set-up, and very reasonably-priced. When they made the house call, it was discovered that I needed another part (which I would have never figured out on my own) to connect, and they had it on their truck! They did a quick and quality job, and we're now enjoying tunes again in the backyard. GEEK SQUAD to the rescue!
