Chris is very knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. He solved the all problems. I tried set up by myself and had the problem to add the subwoofer and couldn’t connect it to the TV since I used wrong cable and wrong internet. I have Wi-Fi mesh at home but I still choose Verizon router that cause all problems. After talking Chris I learned lots. Now I have my Chromebook’s connected to TV by myself.

The Geek Squad Tech (Miriam) was courteous, efficient, professional and resepectful of my home. She assured that the system was working to its full capacity after installation. The set up was quick and easy. I have no knowledge of this new technology so I greatly appreciated her patience, friendliness and professionalism.

The agents moved a TV set to another room. Then the installed a new tilting wall mount and mounted a 85" QLED TV just where we wanted it. They hooked it up to my TV service, powered it up, set all the settings properly and showed me how to so much with it. Also had a Netgear modem installed, and an eero mesh system installed along with 2 Alexa Show devices. Next they confirmed my Home Theater 5.2 system and balanced the sound very nicely. Very good group of agents. Polite, informative, well mannered and cleaned up everything after installs completed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The team (Charles and helper) arrived on time; they covered their shoes and got to work. They answered all my questions that I had and troubleshot to even hook up my old VCR to my new equipment. TV, Sound bar and Apple TV work great along of course the VCR (for all you tape heads). Highly recommend.

The new JBL SOUNDBAR SYSTEM works as stated, thanks to the guys from the Geek Squad, of whom, using their combined knowledge got it stained to my new Sony TV

Technician was very professional and I’m happy with the work that was done. They listen to what I needed and set things up accordingly.

Installers showed up on time. Professionally completed the work and answered my many questions. Even allowed me to call them directly several days later with additional questions.

The technicians who connected the sound bar were contract workers. They were very professional and were more knowledgeable than the last direct Geek Squad employee who set up our tv.

Fantastic professional job on the installation of our new Sonos surround sound.

Had a sound system installation from Best Buy. Not a tech person, but the components installed work very well. The installers kept informing what we needed to know during the installation. The one installer left his business card and encouraged us to call.

Again, I am very impressed with the way the Geek Squad setup the LG Sound Bar system. I have been enjoying the great sound quality ever since installation.

The agents installed and setup TV and soundbar and connected them to my devices. Also took the time to show how to use them
