they mounted the sound bar, placed sub and speakers in the right places. Then set us up with the Sonos app and dialed everything in.

Arrived on time and we're pleasant. I told and showed them what wasn't working and they fixed and made sure everything was functioning correctly before they left. Would always recommend best buy geek squad to friends even integrate a bit expense they stand behind they stand behind all work.

The agent moved my smaller tv and connected it to an antenna and my roku, and then installed a larger one with a sound bar and subwoofer. He paid attention to covid restrictions and explained everything, was quick and detailed. Took away all the packaging.

The two Geek Squad techs that installed the surround did a fabulous job. Very nice guys, took extra care to protect my things, floor, equipment, etc.. First time ever using them and I WILL be using them again. I have fixed a soundproof room downstairs and that's the next project. Best Buy will set that room up also

The agents were friendly and fast. However after leaving I noticed the Velodine subwoofer would not turn on. The tech(s) did not say the subwoofer was working or not working. I believe there’s a fuse blown on the circuit.

My Dolby Atmos was connected by Digital Optical, NOT HDMI. Dolby Atmos is not carried by Digital Optical. Left and Right Surround Speakers were not connected to correct outputs from Sub Woofer. A speaker test was not run by technician.

The Geek Squad were right on time, very friendly and went right to work. They fixed my problem and ask if I was having any other type of problem using my tv or remote. They wore mask and shoe covers as it had snowed and the side walk was wet.

Still having issues with conflicts between the Samsung TV and Samsung Sound Bar. When connected using a eARC HDMI Cable the TV drops out periodically. Appears to work using a optical cable but then I loose all the benefits of using a high speed HDMI connection.

The three young men came in and unpacked everything then told me I didn’t need a wire so they returned it to the store. They set up the sound bar even hiding other wires. Great service. They went through the use of the product.

Once the TV was set up they connected all my components to the system. They actually did a speaker set up also. Once everything was set up they went through the whole thing with me and made sure that I understood everything. System works great, probably couldn't have done it by myself.
