Add-on is excellent. Have experienced no problems. Was recommended by the Geek Squad technicians when they came to do the installation. They had it on their truck as the one we had purchased in the store was the wrong one.

I had a Bose surround sound system. I liked it better than the sound bar. I am disappointed in the sound bar. I don't feel it does as the salesperson told us that it would do. I am not blaming him at all. I know it is just the advanced technology now.
Don't use Geek Squad or In home consultants at BB!

This is the second time that Geek Squad let me down. I had an in home consultation that advised what was needed to upgrade my audio system and he placed the order and scheduled the install. The appointment was confirmed and I was contacted on the day of the appointment that they would be at my home between 1p and 3p. At 2:30p the Geek Squad called to confirm they were on the way and wanted to be sure I had everything. I reminded him he was supposed to be bringing the equipment then he advised he would have to go to the store to pick everything up so it would be a bit later. At 4:45 I called him back and he advised that he was no longer going to be doing the install and would have someone call to reschedule. When they called back, they advised they could have someone come the next day sometime between Noon and 8p. I told them I could not take another day off so they offered to come later this evening. When the tech arrived, at 8:45p he began working but advised the in home consultant did not know what he was talking about when selecting the audio receiver and it would not work with my television (brand new Sony). He called someone for help multiple times to get help on how the audio receiver should be connected, then finally connected it with an optical cable because he could not use HDMI due to the incompatibility of my tv. He also advised that the devices would not interact with one remote so I would have to use multiple remotes. He left at 11p after being frustrated with me explaining the in home consultant advised everything should work properly. The next day I contacted Sony support and they walked me through the proper installation of the receiver and connected it perfectly to the tv. They also helped me program the tv remote to work with the Denon receiver. Complete waste of time. I called the in home consultant back and he advised he would come by to confirm everything was working properly but then he never showed up.

The Geek Squad team installed a wall mount, hung the TV and connected a new Sound Bar and our cable box and surround sound. They were terrific and patient!

Victor did a wonderful job setting up the TV and acclimating us to the benefits the TV offers. He then came back to mount it on the wall. I love it It is perfect. He made sure it was just where it was best for viewing specifically for our room.

Geek squad is the only way to go. They are quick and very helpful. After install they walk you thru how to use everything and will answer all your questions. They clean up everything before they leave and then all you have to is sit back and enjoy you new purchase.

They did a great job mounting the TV & sound bar. They originally connected the sound bar to the tv remote but as soon as they left, the sound bar reverted to its own remote so we must use two remotes to operate basic TV. This is a step backwards for us.

I was expecting them to just drop off the TV, and maybe assemble it, and then leave. But they actually took the time to make all of the connections, including to my previous surround sound receiver (which I had nothing but trouble with). Thank you!

Due to the mounting of our TV and the placement of the sound bar over the fireplace there were some challenges to be overcome but the Best Buy team thought things through and came up with some great solutions. Extremely pleased with the result. Geek Squad was well worth the expense.

The Geek Squad came out and had me good to go in no time. Not a good move if you’re hearing impaired-sound is dependent on where you’re at in the room. Bar is sleek and attractive though.

Home consultant knew everything I needed to buy to get hooked up to Hulu Live. He helped me order items and scheduled Geek Squad to install and set up. He explained and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and patient
