I could not get this soundbar to work correctly, Geek Squad came out found issue immediately and had it working no issues

Did not need this …The one I had worked with T.V…..

Great service! I am not a tech person, so having the Geek Squad connect the system was worth hours of my time to try to figure it out myself. Expert on knowing my complicated Yamaha Surround Siund set up. Even got the tv remote to work the volume on the amplifier.

The agents did an excellent job of hooking up my updated Bose surround sound system as well as showing us how to use it

These guys did a awesome job.very polite guys.it took them 2 1/2 hours to install all 3.only thing that happened was they took the boxes away,which was great,but they forgot to take out the manuals.so I had to download them from the internet.

Geek Squad always does a fantastic job. This time was no different. They arrived on time were very courteous and knowledgeable. They hooked everything up spent time going over the functionality and cleaned up everything after they were done.

The employees at Best Buy "Geek Squad" have always done a great job for me. I am "Low Tech" and they are the absolute opposite. I am glad to have them help me with all of my 21st Century "High Tech" needs!

The Geek squad staff who helped intall the equipment I purchased were professional and friendly (even my shy dog liked them).

Had an issue with the sound system……..great response to get it up and running . We appreciated the attention to detail and asking us if we had any questions before they left.

The geek squad technicians hooked up the 4K tv, speakers, and Apple TV. They tested all the equipment/remotes to make sure everything was working properly. They were very professional and explained how to work the remotes. I would use them again.

They mounted the television and connected the soundbar. Works great now.

One man came out and setup the sound bar. He was very professional and cleaned up any mess.

Dedra was efficient and patient, She also installed an older TV in another room. She was good at explaining the equipment and setting up the equipment.

Yes the agents who installed our TV did an awesome job. We also appreciated the cautious each person wore masks, foot coverings and gloves when coming into the home. Best service ever!
