From booking the service to the person who came to our house, everyone was professional. Our only frustration is that the TV continues to go blank for a couple of seconds then the picture comes back. After we experience this and turn off the TV a couple times, it stops doing it and everything is fine, it's simply frustarting.

The agent did a wonderful job, connecting the TV ears to the sound bar and TV so they were all communicating with each other.

The agents did connected soundbar, subwoofer and rear speakers and showed me how to use all of my equipment. Absolute professionals. Thanks geeks your the best!

The Geek Squad set up my tv sound bar and hooked to my tv and showed me how to work the remote. They did it quickly and picked up all the packing paper and the boxes. I am very satisfied with the service.

I had 2 guys show up and connect the sound system to our TV . I am sure we could have done it but didn't know if it would take more knowledge than we had. We could have done it. Feel the cost for having them come Is to high and I now know we could have done this part.

the agents mounted my tv and connected all my devices. They showed us how to find the apps and channels we wanted. They also moved the old tv upstairs. They were very friendly and helpful.

Geek Squad guys are the best. Now if they could only straighten out DISH repair guys. They came after Geek and now my Bose audio is off and I hear only TV sound. I can't afford to call you back to fix what they did.

The sound bar was installed, operational and running fine before they left. all questions were answered and future inquiries to be answered. Pleased I made the choice.

The agent mounted the tv lower than the cabinet then raised it way too high. He could not get the soundbar set up so he quit the geek squad and took my remote on his way out of my home. I had to have the supervisor come remount the tv set up the soundbar and I just received a replacement remote for the soundbar 3 weeks later. Now there are several holes in my wall. I was able to receive my money back from the TV install but have not received the money back from the $99 soundbar setup.

The techs had difficulty connecting my sound-bar to my remote, they claim that it was due to the type of remote I had but that is not correct, my previous sound bar was programmed to my remote

My experience was a disaster and I still don’t have a TV and Sound Bar that work correctly. I have given up and am trying to live with it.......and the money I wasted on this purchase.

The technician was very efficient and neat with his installation and encouraged me to call him if we had any issues.

The two technicians did an excellent job setting up my bose sound at surround sound system. The technicians also assisted in setting up a receiver and 2 speakers to a CD player.

Justin did a good job setting things up, but shortly afterwards things went awry. I now have my third call into him and have not received a response. My headphones are no longer functioning.

I bought the items that the Geek Squad guys recommended, and it has been a major upgrade. I really appreciate their expertise and kindness.

Great job to my tech that took care of all the extra wires that we didn't need. After he was finished we could have set up 2 more TV's with the extra stuff. Great job, detailed and told me what he was doing. Thanks Geek Squad!
