I am very pleased with the help we received from Geek Squad. They were extremely diligent and double checked all their work before they left. They even did some extra troubleshooting finding a wire that had gotten cut and fixed that as well.

Very professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this service, they take care of everything and leave you with no worry at all.

When they got here , I realized they did not have my sound bar and it was late but after they a few phone calls went back to the store and picked it up. I am very happy with what they did , i would recommend them to anyone!

We needed assistance with connecting an existing sound bar to a different TV that had difference connections than the prior TV. Everything works great!

The service persons who installed and setup our television did a good and efficient job, and was patiently able to answer any device usage questions I had.

I couldn't be bothered with figuring out the connections so I hired help. All went great and the cost was well worth the service. It saved my sanity.

The 2 geeks set up properly my 2nd samsung soundbar to my older 75inch samsung tv and both gave me instruction on the use of the remote

The Geek Squad has handled every issue we have ever had with our computer. The were great in setting up our appliances as well. Can do much over the phone, too. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable.

This was the second attempt to get our receiver installed and connected so I knew how to use it. Our Geek Squad man was intent on us understanding all the workings of our system and how the new receiver was integrated.

Soundbar installation went well. Had new TV and needed several tools to make totally functional. Good job.

We’ve had an unusable Heos system for about a year. We’ve had other echo get it to work for about a week but it’s crash again. Frank fixes it within minutes! (Amongst other tasks) We’re so thankful to finally be able to use our Heos!

I didn't like waiting that many weeks , but the Geek Squad did an excellent job when they came . They did a great job hanging my new big screen & set it up all the way well .
