I have used GEEK Squad in the past and never have been dissatisfied and once again they did a great job. Geek squad mounted a new TV on my living room wall and I also requested them to setup my audio equipment, a sony soundbar and sonny htz 9f rear speakers. They attached the soundbar to the bottom of the TV and explained the number of speakers inside the bar and there positioning. The hook up of the rear speakers was easy , however, they suggested the placement and height which all resulted in a great sound expierence. Once again hats off to the GEEK SQUAD

The sound bar setup was excellent but the mounting of the sound bar could have been better. It was mounted with the wrong anchors for the surface where it was being mount. Had the correct size bolts/screws and anchors been used, the mounting would have gone a lot smoother and a bit more neatly than what it was. It’s mounted and it works well but the mounting could have been better and done a bit more neatly. For some reason, the installers were not aware that the sound bar was to be mounted on the wall.

Almost did not purchase this sound bar with television. So glad the sales rep gave us “sound” advice on this purchase.

My tech, Ryan was very competent, professional and knowledgeable. The Bose sound bar which was returned to me by Bose after being "repaired" still does NOT work. Ryan proved this by connecting a Sonos sound bar which DID work perfectly.

My tech, Truman, truly went above and beyond to be sure my three new Beat Buy purchased TVs and Sonos sound bar were up and running before he left. It took him hours to manage what turned out to be quite a complex job. He was calm and continually problem solving throughout the extended appointment.

after I purchased my 85" Sony TV and my Bose Soundbar and my Bose sub-woofer and sur round sound speakers. they gave me good instructions on how to use it I gave the Geek Squad a 5 Star because every I call on them to fix no matter what it is they get is going very quick. been with them for many years.

I had purchased a Samsung sound system and set it up. Googled settings and for some reason sound was only coming through the front sound bar - rear speakers just wouldn't activate. Called Samsung who decided system was defective and return. Best Buy sent their agent who went through my settings, showed me a YouTube test, and finally was able to determine the cause of problem that had to do with the Samsung settings. Agent was patient, informative, thorough, plus fixed the sound issue!
