Very pleased with the guys that came out. It's been a good experience all the way around. One exception is the phone service to talk with someone. Very difficult to communicate with that automated service BAD BAD BAD on the phone deal.
As far as the remote love it still learning my way around with what buttons do what such as fast forward and such. I'm working with You Tube Tv and trying navigate through their system.
One Remote for all is very nice!!

Geek Squad was here to install my Soundbar, I asked how much different it would make to connect the SoundBar. After checking my sound system I had already they told me that my system would bring a better sound as the new Speakers. I appreciate the honesty that saved me a lot of money and work for them. Because we have TechPro with BestBuy it doesn't cost us anything!

We were having some problems with tv just shutting down.I had a Geek contract. They came out, said Ineeded a new board. Ordered in, had call 2 to insert. geek came, installed board. TV did not work. Wrong board shipped, he spent some time on phone, put board back in, had to wait for another new board. Had another geek to install sound Barr. I got confused with who was going to be here when.Another new board arrived. Was installed set works as it should. I really feel the men the Geeks send out are tops, the schedule makers leave a lot to be desired.

The agent who installed the tv. . .made sure our Bose sound system was hooked up correctly. In fact the new TV's sound is so much better, for Randy. He is having a bit of hearing issues and could not hear the old tv, not half as much as this new one. We attribute that to the young man who installed the TV in the home and set up our Bose System. This soundbar solve our problem with a high ceiling allowing all the sound from the TV to go up instead of coming at us. Previous to the soundbar, we would have to turn the volume u so high it would chase people out of the upstairs loft. Now we can use normal volume and get a clear and crisp sound in teh room.

I’ll start with the geek squad member who showed up for the second visit. Ashley was very helpful and quickly resolved the issues with my new system. She notified me about her arrival time and was there when she said she would be. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with her service. This was the second service call for this product.
The first installation was not by the geek squad rather a contractor. Best Buy had somehow messed up my order so the technician did not arrive until 2 hours after the end of my scheduled appointment time. So I ended up having to wait the whole day to get work done that was scheduled to be done by 1 pm. Had I not called I do not think I would have seen anyone or had my purchase delivered at all that day.
I have no complaints about the technician who did the work. He knew how to install the equipment and worked quickly and competently. I had the impression that he had been assigned my job at the last minute and it was not something he did on a regular basis.
I do not fault the technician for me having to call someone to come again. I hold Best Buy responsible for any delays and the necessary call back.
I have always found the geek squad to be responsive and helpful.

Agents delivered everything safely, setup all the equipment, connected to cable, firestick, and Blu-ray player. Then proceeded to play trailers on YouTube to show image and sound quality. Absolutely remarkable service. Very hard working, polite, and knowledgeable.

This is the best money I have spent in some time. Kendall was wonderful and went out of his way to make sure he took care of everything and answered all my questions. He not only connected my Bose sound bar; he also changed a number of settings on the new TV and cleaned up all my cable clutter behind the TV and explained easily how all my components would work together to create the experience I wanted.

I received my Yamaha 7.2 channel receiver just after the first of the year. The Geek Squad didn’t really satisfy me, but based on my less than sterling review, Geek management on their initiative contacted me and offered to solve the problems. Yesterday another team came out and did a great job. Now my system sounds just like what I expected, and the features I wanted all work. Best Buy’s cares about customers. They make things right.
