On 16 Dec 2018- Internal Geek Squad - in store service repaired initial incomplete 8 Nov 2018 external 3rd party HDMI connection so LG 4K TV & LG 4K Blue Ray audio can be heard from central Klipsch speakers.

Have always installed tvs myself in the past but with today's technology and first smart tv purchase, the install by Geek Squad was well worth the cost. The installer was friendly and knowledgeable, respectful and efficient.

I could have accompolished this myself but I liked having the hands-on over view of the products I purchased and having the Geeke group set it all up for me. Worked out great and glad I went with this service.

sound bar easily connection with recommendation that I update the soundbar to a newer more compatible model.

When I mentioned I had a sound bar in addition to the TV they jumped right in and set it up perfectly. The speakers were placed efficiently and cords tied off professionally .

The agents that worked on my projector and screen were absolutely awesome. They helped with tech issues and gave great advice on how to maximize my usage of the products I bought.

The first sound bar was not working so I had to go back to Best Buy and replace it with a new one. That one is working just fine.

I have aphasia and can't write for long but I got to say that they did excellent job installing the TV on the wall.

So far, the sound bar is jus ok. The main bar works just fine. The rear speakers do not seem to be very loud.

They did a great job on the install but it being a late in the day install I think they were wanting to call it a day. It would be nice to have shown me how to use the remote and all the things the TV can do.

The Geek Squad that did the installation were very professional very thorough answered questions help me remove some of the older cable out of the way to set up the new system they were excellent highly recommend them

The Geek Squad installed out wall TV quickly and also connected all our electronics in our entertainment center quickly. He was knowledgeable and professional and had great customer service talents!

The agent was excellent. However, we are still having problems with the connection between the sound bar and the TV. We will be calling next week to set up another appointment.
