We are very pleased with the quality of service and care the two GeekSquad specialists provided. From beginning to the end - first rate. It was obvious they were well qualified and they took special care to give us all the support we needed to use the equipment and answered any questions we had. When they left the area was completely cleaned up and they left a card in case we needed further support at any time. Amazing!

Curt and Damian could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Their expertise is incredible. They were so efficient and patient and worked so well together that all our TVs were set up and moved in no time. They took us through how to navigate each one. Just incredible the service they provided. These 2 are KEEPERS and such a valuable asset to Best Buy.

Geek Squad's Rick Custer is one of very few who truly understands Sonos. Installation was flawless. He took the time to demonstrate use and adjustments. Can't recommend him highly enough.

The Geeks installed the mount easily. We had another mount that we thought we wanted to use instead. And the Geeks looked at it and were honest that it might work but once we tried the install, it just did not look sturdy so we went ahead with the BB mount and we appreciated how nice and efficient the team were.

The agents did an excellent job connecting my TV and speakers to all my sound devices, and they were very helpful and courteous. They were quick as well. I would have given 5 stars but the original technician that came out to diagnose the noise coming out of my speakers wasn't quite experienced, and made a mistake in diagnosis, and said that my speakers are blown. So, I purchased a pair of $800+ Bowers & Wilkins ceiling speakers from Best Buy, which did not correct the problem. Thankfully, I didn't give them my former expensive and great replaced speakercraft speakers to dispose. When I notified them, they quickly came back and reinstalled my old great speakers, and I was able to return the new unnecessary speakers. I recommend have Best Buy's/Geeksquard's scheduling system well connected, so that the same customer instruction will appear and be known by all technicians instead of sending a tech out and they can't see the instructions - making the customer repeat why they are coming over & over. Otherwise, I was very happy with the crew that came out. So, sending an experienced tech first to diagnose the problem will help, and having their scheduling systems talk with each other are both company issues and not the tech's.

Awesome installer! He took care of everything and made the system work with our cable and TV. Pleasant. Knowledgeable. Personable. He didin one hour what would have taken me all day--and then some! Always let the installer install.
