Why do it yourself?

Cason was very professional and knew how to program the universal remote which has made our live easier.

The agent mounted my TV, connected and updated (if needed) all components, and was done in an hour. Pretty nice!

Solid Setup

I had one small issue, but you have the 90 days to have them come back out to resolve any issues that arise. All in all I am pleased.

Geek Squad agent solved home theater problem.

Soundbar set up

It's still failed to function right after they left. Soundbar was also damaged during the visit and I had to purchase a splitter($70.00) to hard wire the sound bar into the television rather than use the Wi-Fi setup.
