The gentlemen came in, were very aware of COVID19 protocol, and set my new TV and soundbar up for me quickly and efficiently. They were well informed, and very polite.

I had 4 in-ceiling Definitive Technology speakers installed, a Marantz receiver, & two Definitive Technology 8' high performance speakers installed. Over the sound is perfect for my media room. No issues with the audio setup so far.

I think they should have installed the wall mount. I did not realize that they came with the sound bar. This probably should have been an option. Otherwise all else was fine.

The techs came in went right to work and had it all set and working in no time. Then walked me through the procedures making sure I understood all of the operations and that all of my questions were answered.

The Geek Squad rep set up the audio quickly, and did it so I could control the sound level with my cable remote. Therefore, I don't need the soundbar remote except to control the bass level.

Geek Squad did a fantastic job installing our 85" Samsung QN90B television. Highly recommended.
