He made modifications which did help. However, my system apparently is not capable of providing system sound to my satisfaction.

Geek Squad is Terrific

As usual they we prompt and pleasant to work with and totally handled our installation professionally.

Set up surround sound system

Sound bar, good but

Sometimes I need to manually turn it on, or it would go to BT mode without me touching anything other than hitting the remote to turn the TV on.

Update equipment needed!
