Greek squad techs were very helpful. I always thought of myself as being fairly tech savvy but I must admit that times have passed me by. The help was greatly appreciated (and alas needed).

for the small price I paid for Best Buy to install, it was well worth me not having to spend hours hooking up and then having something never quite work right...

The Agents were quick, efficient and most of all friendly. They ensured the TV, subwoofer and wireless speakers were up to our standards prior leaving.

we ended up not using the sound bar but I'm sure it would have been excellent and the Geek Squad guys ere ready to install it if I wanted.

The installation was good but the service fees are not clear. The store needs to educate their Sales people about Geeks services and charges.

I more than likely could have set the sound bar up but, why should I? I have their whole house service yearly and it's worth it.

Technician set up my receivers upstairs and in the basement. Checked all the speakers. Answered all of my questions. Very polite, courteous and pleasant to work with

What a lifesaver for someone like me who is not a technician when it comes to hooking up my audio system. The people from the Geek squad made short work of it and did an very professional job.

Squad installed a sound bar but did not follow the installation instructions which stated 1, power up the sound bar 2, download the google app which they did not do , they told me I could download the app which I did and followed the promps in the app , the soundbar cut out and would not power up which precipitate a return visit , if the first crew had followed the instructions and downloaded the google app the problem would have been taken care of on the first visit

Movie theatre quality and more control over audio voices allow for less closed captioning.
