The agent was able to trouble shoot a connection issue between our AppleTV, DVD player, Bose System, and Smart TV so that it operates seamlessly now.

1) I still need to use two devices to play a TV program. 2) the sound and lips of a person speaking on TV are not in sync with my wife’s Bluetooth earbuds. If the Geek Squad was suppose to dress the cables, they didn’t. I would like one device to control the TV and have my wife be able to watch without me hearing the sound.

Order was not booked right at Best Buy system, but technician came out and immediately knew what to do, helped me with a few additional things (at extra cost of course).

The agent who came out, Christopher, was great. He set everything up and answered all the questions I had. Showed me how to use everything the TV had to offer.

Mounts for the sound bar were already in place. All they did was plug it in .

The geek squad agent was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He showed us how it works and had everything working in very little time. Great work.

The Geek Squad did a great job Setting up the speakers and the new receiver and subwoofer. The only problem I have now is working the Logitech remote.

Our salesperson was very helpful in helping us choose a monitor. It had to be ordered and shipped to us and it arrived on time!
