I love my Geek squad!!.. the 2 gentleman that came to my home to install my tv and tv mount, we’re absolutely amazing they set up my tv very quickly and had the time and patience to show me how to use my tv, great customer service.

I love Bass in my music sound and boy does it Boom while playing my favorite music. I listen to music as I clean my house and it puts me in a better mood while cleaning. The music actually makes me have more energy to clean. I know, sounds crazy right, but it’s so true. I have the Polk brand and it’s pretty surprisingly just as good as Bose, which I have in my truck.

Purchased a Hisense Roku & added a Soundbar Connect from Best Buy. Glad i made this add on.
Listening to movie es & sports is much more exiting with it. For the cost, this is a nice soundbar unit.

John with Geek Squad from the Carmel, IN Best Buy store was professional, knew his business, explained how to operate our new Sony Smart TV, connected the new Sony sound bar to the TV, set up all the apps for us, programmed the new Sony TV remote to work with DirectTV, AND overall did a stellar job! He is really really good!

The agents made the sound bar operational through the use of apps on their phones, then explained the process until we understood how to use the universal remote to operate the sound bar with our older DVD unit. Everything working well to this day.

The initial installation was very good; however, the follow up has been non-existent. Talk about customer no-service; this is the epitome. I have several problems that I think could be resolved on the phone or with on-line help but I cannot get any help. I'm told that your techs can't make house calls, but how about using them for telephone and on-line support.

We were having trouble with a sound bar, cutting in and out. The technician came on time, with a very friendly attitude. She helped us figure out that it may be something as simple as a cord, and left us with options to follow up with if that did not work. The new cord worked perfectly, and it has been the end of our problem with the sound bar. It was a much easier fix than when we talked to their people from the Best Buy plan, he told us that we would need to take the TV and sound bar back to the store which it’s a 75 inch TV and we are both in our 70s not going to happen. So we were very happy with the way the young lady helped us out, great service would definitely have her back

The Geek Squad Team Members were great, they faced some issue with the In wall speaker installation but they tried their best installed the speaker successfully, I am facing some issue with the woofer & they have even scheduled a troubleshoot visit for the upcoming week

I bought a Visio sound with a wireless sub woofer and it has been an incredible pleasure to listen to movies and my programs without having to fight the TV volume button when commercials come on blaring tinny noise. Thanks Geek Squad for getting my Best Buy purchase flawlessly up and running.
