I had two soundbars mounted one on 65" Samsung HDTV and 50" HDTV and the Geek Squad tech did a great job. The sound is great.

Jamal Walton installed my Sonos Soundbar today. He also helped me setup the volume control on my phone. He showed me how to add Sirius and Amazon music to the Sonos app to listen to music on the soundbar. Great customer service

Had 2 sound bars installed. One works and the other one doesn't. Tech seemed to have a lot of problems with the connectivity, since he left, one of the sound bars quit working, it doesn't allow any sound to come out. Don't know if this is due to poor installation or if the sound bar is not compatible with my Sony TV.

The originally purchased Samsung Soundbar failed about 1-2 mos after install. This probable defect was also noted by Johnny of Soquel, CA store when he performed an attempted trouble shoot. So, after some phone haggling with Geek Customer Service (they initially wanted me to remove it from the Geek installed wall hang and hand carry it in, but I did not want that responsibility and stated that's why I have Geek Squad membership. I then authorized purchased another identical soundbar and Johnny came back with it and successfully installed. It's still working well. So the original Samsung Soundbar was probably defective as I did bring it in to the Soquel store after Johnny detached it. Then it was shipped off somewhere from there for a for diagnostic. Johnny was exemplary throughout!

The best sound bar i have had so far, worthy of the price. All of my friends that have visited my house have opted to buy this same model. This sound bar produces quality sound and bass, i recommend this to anyone who loves sound with heavy bass.

Don't underestimate the need for the Geek Squad unless you have a lot of training or knowledge. It is incredible the number of setting adjustments that needed to be made to our TV, Receiver, and 9 Speakers to get the sound quality perfect. It is amazing how the placement of speakers by just a few inches can make all the difference. Genius and Amazing are the only words to describe the Geek Squad (Austin and Jeremy).

The Geek Squad setup the sound bar connected rear specker and subwoofer in no time. I saved a lot of time/efforts and able to enjoy the sound bar in less than 15 minutes.

I have vintage stero equipment....Pioneer SX780 receiver and two hugh Bose floor speakers. Carlos was awesome in getting everything setup and ready when my new tv arrived. Two of his crew came out after tv arrived to swap out old tv for new tv and overcame small obstacle. It was a snug fit where I wanted my tv but after I explained I had measured before buying TV and yes it would fit, they got it done.

The Geek Squad has always fixed my problems. This time they assisted in setting up a sound bar on my TV. They determined the device was faulty so I returned it to Best Buy with no problem.

This is the third time I’ve had the Squad in to set up different components. This team was just as great. The teams always call the day prior and the morning of the appointment. They donned proper PPE, including booties. They were knowledgeable with the equipment and took the time to provide instruction. I highly recommend this service. These guys and gals are Pros.

After 30 years of good service, it was time to replace my front satellite speakers in my surround sound system. Two guys from GS arrived in the early afternoon and got the job done in 30 minutes. No problems anymore and I'm very happy with their work. Only improvement I'd suggest is to divide the arrival time into AM and PM units - so a customer does not wait the whole day.
