The initial installation was very good; however, the follow up has been non-existent. Talk about customer no-service; this is the epitome. I have several problems that I think could be resolved on the phone or with on-line help but I cannot get any help. I'm told that your techs can't make house calls, but how about using them for telephone and on-line support.

They hooked up my sound bar, and explained the workings of my bar, plus my tv.

Your representative arrived at the scheduled time. He promptly and very efficiently installed my new sound bar. He then explained how it functions and the various settings. Very satisfied with installation.

I've been a fan of JBL speakers since I started appreciating music with quality stereo speakers in the 70's. The JBL 5.1 Soundbar did not disappoint. The Men from Geek Squad connected the Soundbar using the same bracket that was used for the TV. Everything looks "Great"!

Kennan did a great job setting up my sound bar and put on shoe protectors upon entering my home which was greatly appreciated. After he left I called him about a question with the sound bar, he answered the phone right away and walked me through the issue. He was great!

Derrick had to scramble to get the correct equipment for the scheduled installation which was delayed because he was not provided complete information so we basically lost the morning waiting. However, once he was ready late in the afternoon, Derrick stayed until about 8 pm to get the installation correct. He did a remarkable job and we were lucky to have him do the work.

Great sound. Easy to set up. Looks good in my center.

The Geek Squad are great. They could come promptly to assess my problem. They were quick to diagnose the problem. They helped me order another system. Once the new system arrived at the store they were quick to bring the new system to install. They are amazing & I actually believe I received the best professional service from the members of the Squad that came to my home. They were very prompt to intervene on my behalf. Their communications with home base were very prompt. They were very professional & respectful. Plus they were all very good educators on the use of my replacement system. Kudos to the squad!!!

Excellent job of mounting the sound bar so that you don’t see unsightly wires. Geek squad did an excellent job fine tuning the sound so that the bass and sound effects don’t overwhelm the dialog!

We arranged for the Geek Squad to install/ connect the sound bar to the TV. The installer was right on time, found we needed another part. He went to next call and returned a short time later after we were able to get the needed part. He was very informative, and answered all of our questions . A very pleasant experience.

Did a good job of connecting the soundbar to the new television and remote so only have to use one remote. However, in the future will request not to have the soundbar connected to the tv remote. Just my personal preference to have several remotes.

He was not able to get the soundbar working but he was able to confirm that the soundbar was bad so that i didn't waste a trip taking it back. He was very professional, took time to answer my questions and made a suggestion on a good soundbar. Very satisfied.

The geek squad associate installed my sound bar and spent some time explaining some info about the optimal use of it. The sound bar has been providing good surround sound since installation

Angel the technician was amazing. She took the time to set up all of the equipment, tv, sound bar, dvd/cd player, etc. very patient as she programmed everything and instructed me in the use of the equipment.

Service tech was very respectful & knowledgeable. Hooked our system up & explained everything clearly.

Geek team were very knowledgeable and provided great customer services. Note that these members are part of Best Buy direct employees and not 3rd party contractors. Wish I could say the same about them.
