The technicians installed my tv and connected it to all compatible devices. They did a great job and were very professional. No mess and everything worked great when they left. I'd highly recommend this service.

The tech was able to get my sound bar connected and working properly with great sound. I purchased the amplifier from Best Buy several years ago but it has never been set up properly. Very happy with the set up now. Tech was great and worked until he figured out how to make the system sound like it should.

Soundbar was installed by mounting it on brackets on tv. Richie did a great job.

The Group set up the new TV and connected my old Vizio sound bar, easy-peasy!!

It took 3 visits by 2 different Geeks who worked together to troubleshoot my problems. The idiot who set up my speakers when the house was built jury-rigged things and it presented huge problems when I tried to change receivers. Between the 2 Geeks, we finally got things working properly. It was well worth the price of installation to have things done right.

Learned a lot from the tech. Seems that the TV manufacturers and receivers are not on the same page when it comes to the use of the arc. Was disappointed that I had to purchase a separate audio cable to listen when streaming Hamilton. But it was worth it. Now streaming is wonderful with such fantastic sounds.

The Geek squad reinstalled a Sony 3 channel receiver that we moved to our new home. I was worried that since it wasn't new that they might not be too excited about the installation but I was wrong they did a great job with the install and even made several recommendations that improved the quality of the sound.

The Geek Squad employees are the Best. He explained everything to the letter. My equipment works perfectly and has superb sound.

Once the independent contractor arrived, he did a thorough job of setting up the system. He was knowledgeable and professional. The geek squad did not do the work. I have yet to see the geek squad.

The installer was excellent however the product does not work and I am NOT happy with the result of the Geek Squad person that came out to resolve the sound bar issue. His resolve was for ME to pack it up and take back to Best Buy I purchased the service program, both my husband and I are 81 years old and handicapped, It will be very difficult for me to get the products into a box and return.....why did I pay for this...His answer was that this was the Best Buy Pollicy

It took 2 tech visits but the final result was excellent! I have been enjoying the much improved sound from my new TV especially when listening to movies.

After a few severe hiccups getting the guys here, the setup was quick and mostly painless. I'm happy with the soundbar. I think it will be great for watching (especially newer) films on my new 65" Samsumg OLED TV.

John W. connected the new receiver to TV & other equipment. Now we've trouble getting volume with TV. He took time to write down what each (4) remote controls etc. Since we re having lots of trouble getting volume with TV perhaps the receiver should be disconnected & put back onto TV. Looked @ universal remote. No/letters too small for SR. vision.

The Geek Squad helped us improve our TV soundbar output

The agents did a quick and efficient job connecting my new soundbar, integrating with other hi-fi components. They made sure I understood how each system worked and use of remotes. Now I have great sound watching TV, at last!

Our Geek Squad technician (Mars) was excellent; however when I chatted with BestBuy to set up and pay for the visit, I was incorrectly advised to schedule as a Sound Bar set up. It should have been scheduled differently as it took more time than allotted. I had to schedule it again to get the entire project completed.

Brian is the best!!! He was so informative, and after taking his suggestions on my recent purchase of the "Beam" and 2 other items, I'm very satisfied! I lucked out and as a "do over" job from an earlier team! Whatever future purchases I make, I will always request him!

I bought a new pioneer elite receiver and I did not want to mess with the surround sound speaker wires. The geek squad rep showed up on time, gave me a half an hour in advance notice, was efficient and kind and answered all my questions. Definitely worth paying the price and not having the hassle of installation and removal of my old receiver.
