The Geek team hooked up my new 65"TCL TV and then installed the soundbar explaining it's functions and answered any questions in a way I could understand.
They were worth every penny of the cost.

Can't connect Sound Bar to TV without loud noises. It's not compatible and that should have been known by the sales man. It was a mistake to buy it. Oscar, Geek Squad tried but failed and said it's not compatible.

The original was faulty and did not connect. Best Buy replaced the unit after troubleshooting and confirmed the problem. They immediately replaced and re-installed it. It has worked flawlessly since and delivers incredible sound.

We were told that we would have a tech show up at our house I believe on Dec 8 th to look at our TV sound bar, that guy did not show up, and we didn’t hear from you guys on him not coming, he was supposedly going to be here in the fairly early AM, wife got ahold of some at your store and the said they would call us back, never heard from him and he was supposed to have been a Mansger. Wife called back on the 9th and they said they would have a guy at our home Dec 11. The guy showed up on time, was very polite and did a good job, he didn’t seem to be aware that we had an issue with the tech not showing up. He had our issue taken care of in about 30 minutes or so. He was very good. His name was Sean, not positive on how he spells it. Problem started badly but Sean made us feel much better about your Geek Squad.

The installer was excellent however the product does not work and I am NOT happy with the result of the Geek Squad person that came out to resolve the sound bar issue. His resolve was for ME to pack it up and take back to Best Buy I purchased the service program, both my husband and I are 81 years old and handicapped, It will be very difficult for me to get the products into a box and return.....why did I pay for this...His answer was that this was the Best Buy Pollicy

I didn't need the new soundbar. The young man, Kevin (I think that was his name) simply used a code and was able to connect our old bar to the new TV, He was fantastic!

This guys saved me lots of aggravation when they hook my Sonos soundbar to my Sony TV and the ARC set up wasn’t working and come to find out that Sony pushed a firmware update and finding out that Sony has a history of not playing nice with other manufacturers in many cases.

The Geek Squad setup the sound bar connected rear specker and subwoofer in no time. I saved a lot of time/efforts and able to enjoy the sound bar in less than 15 minutes.

We are so happy that the staff at our local Best Buy in Davenport, worked with us to get the best sound possible with our sound system. agent couldn't mount it since they didn't have the required under tv mount; no one at the store suggested it. I must return to the store to get the proper mount. The Geek squad must then return to install it & the soundbar=a pain in the .....
