I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to install the sound bar on a 10+ year old tv. However, Geek Squad did a great job. Well worth the money.

Tech came right to work and installed the sound bar than went over how to use. Than even tested it for us to see if we liked it

Can't connect Sound Bar to TV without loud noises. It's not compatible and that should have been known by the sales man. It was a mistake to buy it. Oscar, Geek Squad tried but failed and said it's not compatible.

This agent that came out is amazing!!! We ran into some minor setbacks but she wasn't flustered at all!!! Probably the best geeksquad interaction I've ever had!!! Keep up with the great work and if someone that cares reads this do her right and pay her well!!!

The Geek Squad guy (Steve) set up whole system. He is the sole reason I purchased this Sonos System, I would never figured it out.

The original was faulty and did not connect. Best Buy replaced the unit after troubleshooting and confirmed the problem. They immediately replaced and re-installed it. It has worked flawlessly since and delivers incredible sound.

Pricey...since mounting is extra after set up. Again, Lamar did an awesome job!

The techs arrived in the time I was quoted by Geek squad, the had all the cords to install our 4k tv, sound bar, stand. they were very profesional. knowledgeable& coutious, They were very efficent, took there time explaining the features of our new 4k tv. Great job guys ! Thanks

I used to be an audiophile type but I don't want to do it anymore. I bought a new Yamaha 4K receiver to go with my 4K 75" TV and my surround sound speaker system sounds great with the Geek Squads installation and setup. They balanced everything and showed me how to easily adjust the sound when I change input sources.

The Geek Squad Technicians were excellent. Very courteous, conscientious and through when setting up the system I love the Geek Squad I don’t know what I would do without them

The guy was great. Asked how we wanted sound. We said crisp. Also reset TV. Got the mouth matching with sound / audio.

Jesse has serviced our audio & visual system several times as we have upgraded our home systems. He knows what he is doing & teaches us new tricks with each visit over the years. We are vey happy with our music system that plays outdoors while we enjoy sun & water.

They reconnected the sound bar that had fallen. It took about 20 minutes but 2 of them to lift the TV and get behind it. The prior agent on the phone was very helpful.

The Geek Squad arrived on time and efficiently set up my new home theater system. The system took advantage of my ceiling speakers, which I could never figure out how to hook into them. They tuned my the system to perfection. The sound from my ceiling speakers never sounded so great.

Had a JBL soundbar put in by the Geek Squad (Matthew and Bruce). These two did an excellent job at making sure the system was working to my satisfaction. And I thank them for that.
