The Geek Squad technician came out to install my soundbar system and had the whole unit mounted and installed in about 20 minutes. It would have taken me hours to figure it all out. The sound I have now is far superior than I imagined. Awesome to say the least. I can't remember the technicians name, but his service and advice was outstanding.

We were told that we would have a tech show up at our house I believe on Dec 8 th to look at our TV sound bar, that guy did not show up, and we didn’t hear from you guys on him not coming, he was supposedly going to be here in the fairly early AM, wife got ahold of some at your store and the said they would call us back, never heard from him and he was supposed to have been a Mansger. Wife called back on the 9th and they said they would have a guy at our home Dec 11. The guy showed up on time, was very polite and did a good job, he didn’t seem to be aware that we had an issue with the tech not showing up. He had our issue taken care of in about 30 minutes or so. He was very good. His name was Sean, not positive on how he spells it. Problem started badly but Sean made us feel much better about your Geek Squad.

The only thing Geek Squad could've done better with this is to actually cook me dinner. They're terrific, and the tech got everything up and running easily, patient with me in the learning process. 'Customer for life.

agent couldn't mount it since they didn't have the required under tv mount; no one at the store suggested it. I must return to the store to get the proper mount. The Geek squad must then return to install it & the soundbar=a pain in the .....

the geek squad setup the TV and the sound bar. They did a great job. The sound bar looks and sound really good. They also helped make the adjustments to make sure I was getting the best use of the the T.V. and sound bar.

The 2 men that came to setup did a great job. They took my old system down and installed the new one. After they installed the TV they did the soundbar and explained everything.

The Geek Squad service is very good. I got a day and time for delivery of the tv including a phone call before the show-up time. The cost for delivery is reasonable for the expert handling and set-up required. The two Geek Squad installers were very friendly and helpful explaining how to use the remote after programing the remote to the tv.

This guys saved me lots of aggravation when they hook my Sonos soundbar to my Sony TV and the ARC set up wasn’t working and come to find out that Sony pushed a firmware update and finding out that Sony has a history of not playing nice with other manufacturers in many cases.
