Geek Squad installed my sound system with ease. I highly recommend Cal and Tony.

Installers showed up on time, did set-up right away. Demonstrated use and adjustments on system. They made sure we were completely satisfied with our Sonos sound bar after our dissatisfaction with a Bose system.

Great to have skilled personnel to back up the products that Best Buy sells. You can buy tv and audio products most anywhere but it’s not the same as having the Geek Squad to help with installation. Two thumbs up!

The geek squad did an excellent job they introduced themselves they told what they were doing and was done in no time. Very professional and pleasant even their apprentice knew what was going on and chime in.

The Sony TV sounded okay by itself but THIS SOUNDBAR SOUNDS AWESOME! It has a middle speaker so you can actually hear what is being said on the TV plus the surround sound is wonderful.

Dave and Spencer brought in the sound bar package, unpacked it and proceeded to connect and start it up. They were technically very proficient and equally important they were very personable and conscientious. Going above and beyond their task they reset all three control devises to one and noting that the picture was not the best it could be, voluntarily made the needed adjustments. We could not ask for a better experience from two very professional technicians. If you need technical service and have these two gentlemen provide the service I am totally convinced you will be extremely happy. Paul G Jucha
