Two Geek Squad reps came to install our tv and sound bar. They did a great job, explained everything and answered all our questions. They were respectful of social distancing and considerate of our concerns. Overall it was an excellent experience.

The squad came to hook up a new sound bar. But, they took care of the whole system. All connections were done. The guys even gave me their cell for any future needs. If you’re not technically minded you need Geek Squad.

Never being able to get a speaker balance that was good for my hearing the Techie knew just what was needed. He taught me how to accomplish it with my existing and ample receiver. Now I enjoy music as well as the 5:1 sound I'd been missing. Well worth it.

The Geek Squad service is very good. I got a day and time for delivery of the tv including a phone call before the show-up time. The cost for delivery is reasonable for the expert handling and set-up required. The two Geek Squad installers were very friendly and helpful explaining how to use the remote after programing the remote to the tv.
They came to install my tv and surround speakers .

After going in the attic numerous times it was decided that the survey team did not do their job well. They encountered several issues and ran out of time to deal with speakers. They did mount the tv, connected it to tuner and existing speakers but not the new ones. It will be rescheduled for Oct. TV's One Connect hub was installed with velcro and fell right off the back of TV. Following day I had to call to have them zip tie it as I originally had asked them to do. Zack and Pree both worked really hard to come up with a resolution. Hopefully they will come back in October. I don't want to go through this ordeal again. The survey team that came a couple of days before should have been the ones to go in the attic to look at the existing ceiling surround speakers. They did not and were glad that they did not have to.They spent maybe 10 minutes looking around, tested the speakers for connectivity, found no issues. Surprised me when the install team found nothing but issues.

The tech removed the tv from the wall mount, took off the bad sound bar and replaced it with a new sound bar. The interaction was great and we now have quality sound once again on our lanai.

The Geeks did a great job setting up my 55 inch TV, Bose 700 soundbar and 700 subwoofer and full motion wall bracket. They hid the wires with an outlet kit. They knew what they were doing and did a professional and neat job.

Its Great !! I'm Definitely Enjoying it Now. Just please Remember that because I wasn't satisfied with the Samsung and it wasn't installed correctly, I upgraded to JBL, sent back the Samsung, please adjust the pricing, know what I mean?! Thank you

The tech knew the product and was able to set it up in a matter of minutes. He tied in all our sound equipment and then adjusted the level to meet our requirements. He gave us full details on how to operate and resync if we somehow managed to get them out of sync (we did) -- but got them back in sync with just a couple of clicks
