Our recent Geek Squad experience was superior. It was well worth it to have a very knowledgeable technician take care of installation of our new sound bar. He answered all our questions and demonstrated the features of the product. Very satisfied!

The Geek Squad sound bar specialist did an outstanding job installing the add-on purchase of a sound bar for our new TV from Best Buy. This perfectly installed sound bar enhanced the TV sound exponentially.

Jennifer Runyon hooked up my Surround sound in no time and only The bar and 1 speaker! Sounds like you Are at the movies and you don't need a Buch of speakers to get this great sound!

absolutely useless.... We'd already connected our tv and soundbars, but couldn't get the settings to work properly. But they showed up and said all they would do is connect the system. They couldn't do anything with the settings/configuration. When I said that isn't what I signed up and paid for, they told me that the $4,000 system we bought (which was put together by the store expert) was incompatible. Been on the phone with Best Buy for over an hour and have been bounced around to 7 different people....

The geek squad was very knowledgeable, They made sure they hooked up the system to insure the best quality for our situation. They were very patient in explaining how in the future we could get better quality. For example when we can get higher speed internet.

Could not have been better! The installer was great, and I had another person come back to show me how to do a few things I had forgotten. A+++ for both.

Most recently (December 29, 2021) we had an appointment to install a Samsung Soundbar and a Brother all in one printer. Our visiting Geek Tech Squad member (Edwin Depena) arrived in a timely manner. He was FRIENDLY caring and KNOWLEDEABLE I would personally like you to “thank” him on our behalf. Edwin is a TRUE, thorough DEDICATED professional, EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He provided us comfort through our entire installation. He is an ASSET to Best Buy and the Geek Squad. The Geek Squad is great. The two techs brought in all of the equipment. TV, Mount, sound bar and speakers. Unboxed all and started the process. When complete they picked up all of the packing and boxes and loaded on there truck for disposable. No mess. All of the controls and functions were explained. Very professional and helpful

The sound quality is great. Playing music that is offered thru comcast has a rich sound. Movie watch is best using this sound bar
