The Geek Squad did a great job adding my newly purchased Bose Soundbar and Subwoofer to my new TV. They explained the remote which accesses the systems audio with one button. They also bundled all the exposed wires into a tight neat column. It looks and sounds great.

So these guys came in and literally cut the holes, ran the wire across my ceiling in my 2 story house, installed the speakers... this was an all day ordeal and Best Buy did it very inexpensively! I am very happy with my finished product!!!

Although I was only expecting the technician to give me an estimate he completed the work in this visit. However, as I did not know the cost I was surprised to learn it cost as much as it did and so inquired about the cost If I had the total tech support. He said he could not sign me up for it at that time but I could call and probably sign up for it with that visit then credited under the program. However 3 phone calls with very long wait times on hold did not connect me to supervisor as I requested. I have always found the in store customer service to be very good and the technician took care of my issues but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PHONE IS AWFUL!!! I may recommend Geek Squad but with the caveat about phone customer service. And the cost for less than an hours work was unreasonable
